If you`re working with video on an LCD monitor, the recommended white point is 6500K or D65. This is also known as the native temperature of your monitor. If you`re working with still images that you plan to print, the white point of 5000K (D50) is recommended, as it looks more like white on paper.
Calibration error is the difference between the actual value of a physical quantity and the value measured by a sensor. It can result from various factors, such as sensor drift, nonlinearity, hysteresis, noise, interference, or environmental conditions.
The calibration correction is equal to the difference between the value displayed by the instrument during calibration, and the certified value of the standard.
Click Start, point to Settings, and the click Printers. Right-click the appropriate printer, and then click Properties. Click the Paper tab, and then click the paper size you want to use in the Paper Size box.
Press your printer`s Setup button. Go to System Setup. Choose Print Quality and then Calibrate Color. Choose Calibrate Now and press OK.
Check for issues with the ink cartridges Very low ink levels, using non-HP cartridges, and rough handling can cause print quality issues. Replace any non-HP or refilled cartridges with genuine HP cartridges. HP supplies are available from the HP Store and local retailers.
