Run the Printer Troubleshooter To run the troubleshooter, open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Here, you will find the Printer troubleshooter among the list of Windows troubleshooters. Click on the Run button next to it to activate it.
Turn the printer and camera power off, then turn on again. If the error message does not clear, contact a Canon Customer Support center for assistance. Close the cartridge cover. If the error message does not clear, turn the power off and on again.
If your printer`s status displays “Printer in error state,” there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn`t open and the paper isn`t jammed.
Uninstall Recent Windows Updates If the “Printer error 0x0000011b” warning started showing up after installing the latest Windows Security updates, uninstalling those should help mitigate the issue. Many Windows 11 users confirmed that uninstalling KBKB5005565 and KB5005568 fixed the problem.
Fix 1: Check for Windows Update
Press the Windows logo key + I on your keyboard to open Settings. Go to Windows Update then click Check for updates. If there is an available update, windows will download and install it automatically. Then reboot your PC to check the printer issue is fixed or not.
According to Microsoft, Windows 11 is based on the solid foundations of Windows 10 software, so your current printer(s) should all work as normal. Any compatibility issues will depend on your PC hardware rather than printer.
Disconnect the printer cable from the printer, turn the printer off, and then unplug the printer from the power supply. Plug the printer back in and turn the printer back on. If the problem is not resolved, contact your Canon service representative.

Make sure that the size of the paper loaded in the machine is correct. Pressing the Color or Black button will eject the paper and restart printing from the front side of the next paper. The reverse side of the ejected sheet will not be printed.

Canon Pixma iP3000 "Open door" Error code.
ANSWER : Look for a protruding plastic on the top that goes into an indentation. Mine was in the front left side. Put a piece of cardboard into the indentation.and close the door. The top plastic piece is not pushing the door close sensor down and because its too short and the cardboard allows the sensor to be reached and pushed.
