The paper might not be engaged with the feed rollers. The paper-width guide is pressed against the paper stack too tightly. The paper tray is not completely inserted into the product. The paper settings in the print driver do not match the paper loaded in the paper tray.
The message “No Paper” will appear on the LCD display if the Brother machine does not detect paper in the paper tray(Tray#1 or Tray#2) or MP(Multi-purpose) Tray. Resetting the Brother machine may resolve this issue.
Insert the tool into the gap in the paper tray (where the extender goes when it is closed) as close to the body of the printer as possible. Gently press on the edge of the extender that is inside the paper tray. The extender should give slightly.
If your printer has a paper path cover behind the carriage, remove the cover, and then remove any jammed paper. Pull out the input tray, and then remove any jammed paper. If your printer has a bottom cleanout door, carefully lift the printer and look under it, and then remove any jammed paper from the bottom cleanout.
Open the document, and then click File > Print. Select your printer, and then click Printer Properties, Preferences, or Printer Setup. From the print settings, select the option for a two-sided print job. Menu options vary by printer model.
Step 1: Press Windows + X keys and then choose Device Manager from the list. Step 2: Click View and then choose Show hidden devices. Step 3: Find your printer there, right-click it and choose Uninstall device.
Dust, paper fiber, and other debris might accumulate on the pick rollers and cause paper feed issues. To help prevent paper feed issues, clean the rollers inside the printer and in the duplexer (if equipped).
If roll paper does not feed, cut the end straight across and uncurl it by rolling it backward, if necessary. Then reload the paper. If thick media does not feed, make sure you are loading it straight into the product, not at an angle. If paper jams when you print on both sides of the paper, try loading fewer sheets.
Tray T1, also known as the Post-Process Inserter or the Interposer, is used to load paper to be used as separators and covers. Paper loaded into Tray T1 does not go through the print engine for printing. Use this tray for preprinted stock and for insertion into the printed output.
A paper tray is part of a printer and is used to store and feed paper to the printer. Generally printers will have multiple paper trays. Tray 1 or the bypass tray. The bypass tray on a printer is generally a fold down compartment that allows you to easily use different styles or sizes of paper.
Paper is housed in the printer`s paper tray, and most trays can be found along the bottom of the printer. There is usually a small notch on the face of the tray that pulls out so you can insert the paper. Within the paper tray, you will notice a guide that can be adjusted to fit your preferred paper length.
Pick up the front of the tray, pull it out slightly, and lower the tray back down so it is level. Pull the right side of paper tray out. Move the paper tray to the right and take the tray out of the machine.
