Restart your printer. In some cases, a simple restart can fix the issue. Unplug the printer and check if there is any paper stuck in the machine, and if the toner is installed correctly. If all seems fine leave the printer disconnected for half a minute, then reconnect it and resume the print job.
The Blank Pages setting is set to print any `blank page` commands used by the software/program on the computer. Use the Local Printer Setup Utility program on the computer and access the printer settings. Locate the Blank Pages setting. Make sure that the Blank Pages setting is set to Do Not Print.
Ways to check if Black Only is enabled

Navigate to Settings > Print > Quality > Print Mode and check whether it is set to “Black and White” then change it to “Color”. Navigate to Settings > Device > Maintenance > Configuration Menu > Print Configuration > Black Only Mode. Make sure this option is unchecked.

Turn off the printer and turn it on again after a minute. Make sure that the printer is on the Ready state, otherwise capture the error message and restart the printer once more. Check the actual connection of the printer. Make sure that the printer is on the same network with the computer.
Check that the correct paper is properly loaded into the printer and is not jammed. Replacing damaged cables, plugging in loose or disconnected cables, and fixing paper jams as necessary may resolve the issue.
Clean the print head, if necessary. Make sure the paper size, orientation, and layout settings in your printer software are correct. Make sure your document does not contain blank pages. If your printer software has a Preview option, you can check for blank pages before you print and remove them, if necessary.
Make sure the Black/Grayscale or Grayscale setting is not selected in your printer software. Run a nozzle check to see if any of the print head nozzles are clogged. Then clean the print head, if necessary. The ink levels may be low and you may need to refill the ink.
Clean the printheads: Sometimes the issue why you are unable to print in color is because our printheads are clogged with ink. Clean the printheads and then print a document to check if color printing works. Some printers also have in-built programs that can clean themselves so remember to check for that.
Make sure the document is set to print in color and enable the color printing feature on your printer. Check the ink level and replace the ink cartridge if necessary. Clean the print head. Most printers have an automatic cleaning feature now.
Power the printer off. Leave the printer powered off for at least one minute. Power the printer back on. If powering the printer off and on clears the error, continue using the printer but keep an eye on it to see if any printhead errors return.
Select Start , then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Scroll down to Related Settings and select Print server properties. Select the Drivers tab, and see if your printer is listed. If it is, you`re all set.
The Print Spooler is software built into the Windows operating system that temporarily stores print jobs in the computer`s memory until the printer is ready to print them. In some circumstances you may need to stop and/or restart the service.
Check the ink levels

Sometimes, the printer may not print black ink because it is low or empty. You can check the ink levels on the printer`s display, or by using the software that came with your printer. If the ink level is low, replace the cartridge or refill it according to the manufacturer`s instructions.

Click the start menu and search for `Devices and Printers`. Select devices and printers in the search bar. This will allow you to see the printers connected to the computer. Click the printer you want to check, and you`ll see the ink levels at the bottom of the devices and printers section.
There are a few things that could be the cause of this problem, including: Empty ink or toner cartridges that need replacing. Ink or toner cartridges that have become dislodged from their proper place. The wrong paper size loaded in the input tray.
The most common reason why a printer may print blank pages is due to insufficient ink. Nevertheless, while this is the first thing we should check, there could be a number of other possible causes to consider (connection failure, lack of space on the hard disk, clogged injectors, etc.).
