How to Identify and Fix Common Problems ?

Our sources include academic articles, blog posts, and personal essays from experienced technical support :

If your printer`s status displays “Printer in error state,” there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn`t open and the paper isn`t jammed.
During a print job, the printer stops feeding pages, an E4 error displays and the Resume light blinks. This indicates that paper might be jammed inside the printer. Note: Paper jams can be real or false.
The most common reason is an unreliable connection between the printer and the computer. You might also have a paper jam, out-of-date drivers or a print spooler service with bad data.
Driver error is generally defined as when a motorist is exhibiting poor driving behavior, but this vague definition can cover a number of situations and circumstances. Below is a list of just a few poor driving behaviors that are considered driver error. Driving recklessly.
During a print job, the ink cartridge carriage stalls in the printer, and a Carriage Jam or E3 error displays on the printer control panel.
An E1 or E2 error indicates that the paper size setting does not match the paper size that is loaded. Remove all paper from the input tray, and then load the correct paper size. Remove any paper from the input tray. Slide the paper width guide as far as possible to the left.
HP Printer Error E4 means that the FINE cartridge in your printer device is not installed appropriately. To move out the cartridges, you will require to push the output tray back in before opening the cover.
However, for the most part, the E4 error code means that the unit is entering defrost mode. You will hear a difference in the fan speed when your unit changes. When the fan motor slows, it sounds like the unit performs as an air purifier or dehumidifier. It basically just passes air over the unit without cooling it.
An E5 or E6 error occurs when the scanner or printer is in an error state. Reset the printer. With the printer on, disconnect the power cord from the printer. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
The HP printer error 59. F0 may be caused due to the failure in transfer alienation. Transfer alienation is a situation in which the Intermediate Transfer Belt (ITB) gets stuck and does not fully rotate.
To reset your printer settings, go to the control panel and select the “Devices and Printers” option. Right-click on your printer and select “Properties”. Click on the “Advanced” tab and select “Reset printing system”. Confirm the action and wait for the reset process to complete.
Unplug and restart your printer

Sometimes power-cycling your printer can resolve the issue. Turn off your printer and unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug your printer back in, and then turn the printer back on.
