Click Start, point to Settings, and the click Printers. Right-click the appropriate printer, and then click Properties. Click the Paper tab, and then click the paper size you want to use in the Paper Size box.

5×7 prints are approximately 5 inches by 7 inches (13 x 18cm / 127 x 178 mm). The sizes are written in the format: length by height, so 5×7 is for portrait (vertical) photos and 5×7 is for landscape (horizontal) orientation photos.
Use HP photo paper: HP photo papers are optimized for use with inkjet printers and provide quality prints for craft projects or framing. Take high resolution photos: Higher resolution pictures result in clearer and more vibrant prints.
No set standard makes a printer-specific to photos. You can, in theory, use almost any home printer to create black-and-white or color prints. Most printer software products include custom settings that will change the resolution of your print job to make them near perfect for photos.
4×6: 4×6 prints measure approximately 4” x 5 ⅞”. This is the standard size in the photofinishing industry because this print size mirrors the aspect ratio of most digital cameras viewfinder. 4×6 prints are perfect for framed photos, cards and for a physical backup of any of your favorite digital images.
Make sure your paper meets the specifications for your product. If paper dust builds up on the rollers, they may lose traction and become unable to feed paper properly. Clean the paper guide. If roll paper does not feed, cut the end straight across and uncurl it by rolling it backward, if necessary.
Inkjet printers are made for photo printing, offering far better color accuracy and sharpness compared to laser. Yes, printing photos with a laser printer is still possible, but the colors will look duller and some of the finer details may be lost.
Open the Settings app on your Android phone and type “Printing” in the search box. Tap on the Printing option that shows up. Alternatively, you can find this setting in Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Printing. Tap on Cloud Print.
There are a number of reasons why this might happen. In a large number of cases we come across, the photo paper weight (which is measured in GSM) or overall thickness exceeds the printer`s ability meaning it is too think or too heavy for the rollers to successfully handle.

You can achieve good results with most types of plain bond paper. However, coated paper and glossy film result in higher quality printouts because these media absorb smaller amounts of ink. EPSON sells special media that are formulated for the ink used in EPSON ink jet printers.

Paper feeds straight through without printing on an Epson R2400
ANSWER : I was able to get it to print the internal test page by holding down the sheet paper feed button while turning the machine on — then continuing to hold the sheet paper feed button. It took several attempts, feeding a page straight through, but eventually it caught the sheet and printed. So it may be a timing issue as others have mentioned. It could still mean that the feed rollers are worn out. The back side of the large D-shaped feed roller has visible abrasion on it. The abrasion is difficult to see as the roller does not stay with the flat side exposed.
