Create custom paper sizes in printer properties (Windows)

In the Print window, click Preferences, Properties, or Printer Properties. Click the Paper/Quality tab, and then click Custom. Click New, type a name for the custom paper size, select the width and height, and then click OK to save the paper.

Printing onto envelopes

The first is that your printer knows what size the envelope is. Press Ctrl + P to open the Print dialog, go to the Page Setup tab and choose the Paper type as “Envelope” if you can. If you cannot do this, see if you can change the Paper size to an envelope size (for example, C5).

In the Print window, click Preferences, Properties, or Printer Properties. Click the Paper/Quality tab, and then click Custom. Click New, type a name for the custom paper size, select the width and height, and then click OK to save the paper.
Open the item you want to print, click File > Page Setup. Select Manage Custom Sizes from the Paper Size menu to open the Custom Paper Sizes window.
To be eligible for mailing at the price for letters, a piece must be: Rectangular. At least 3-1/2 inches high x 5 inches long x 0.007 inch thick. No more than 6-1/8 inches high x 11-1/2 inches long x 1/4 inch thick.
Regular Envelopes are the standard of business envelopes. This product range includes the popular #10 envelope which measures 4 1/8″ by 9 1/2″. All regular envelopes feature a solid front with no window, and a basic flap on the back.
The recipient address should be centered on the front. The return address can go in the upper left corner on the front or on the envelope flap. Don`t sacrifice clarity for design. Keep your addresses clear and legible to ensure delivery.
Click on Control Panel. Select and open the Devices and Printers option. Right click on the Default Printer, and select Printing Preferences. Look for the Paper Size option.

Print file sent but no printing occurs
ANSWER : Been working on these since they first were released. Never seen a problem like yours. If it happens again, try doing an engine test, as it bypasses the formatter board. The engine test is located at the right side of the manual tray opening. Look for a hole in the side wall. Stick something like a paper clip into it to actuate the test button. It will then print a lined test page. If it does that, then it points to the formatter board as the cause of your problem.
