How to Identify and Fix Common Problems ?

Press [Preferences] → [Timer/Energy Settings] → [Change Energy Saver Mode]. Select the desired energy saving level → press [OK].
Restoring from the Energy Saver Mode

Press <Energy Saver>. <Energy Saver> goes off and the machine enters standby mode. The machine can be restored from the energy saver mode immediately. However, it may vary according to room temperature and circumstances.

Printer sleep mode

Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers. Right-click the printer in question, then select Printer Preferences. Look for an option to disable sleep or time-out mode.

If your printer`s status displays “Printer in error state,” there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn`t open and the paper isn`t jammed.
Answer: There can be several reasons why your Canon printer keeps going offline. It could be due to a loose USB or network cable connection, outdated printer drivers, issues with the printer spooler service, or even wireless connectivity problems.
Open the start menu and select Control Panel > Administrative Tools > and choose the Services icon. Locate the Print Spooler service and right-click. Then select the option to “Stop” the service.
Select Start > Settings . Go to Devices > Printers & scanners > select a printer > Manage. Then select Set as default. If you don`t see the Set as default option, the Let Windows manage my default printer option may be selected.
Press [Preferences] → [Timer/Energy Settings] → [Auto Sleep Time]. Press or to specify the desired Auto Sleep Time → press [OK].
The yellow triangle on the printer is the alarm lamp of the printer; if it is lit, it indicates that there is an item that needs to be addressed on the printer.

Canon Pixma iP3000 "Open door" Error code.
ANSWER : Look for a protruding plastic on the top that goes into an indentation. Mine was in the front left side. Put a piece of cardboard into the indentation.and close the door. The top plastic piece is not pushing the door close sensor down and because its too short and the cardboard allows the sensor to be reached and pushed.
