I cannot print a full sheet 8-1/2 x 11 inches. Paper gets pulled to the left and gets stuck in printer.

Make sure your paper meets the specifications for your product. If paper dust builds up on the rollers, they may lose traction and become unable to feed paper properly. Clean the paper guide. Set the size and type of paper to be loaded in each paper source. Access Web Config and select the Print tab > Paper Source Settings.

If ink smears when you print on thick paper, you can select the Thick Paper setting to improve print quality. Printing is slower with this setting. Press the home button, if necessary.

I use Canon papers on Epson printers with no problems using only canned profiles that closely matches the papers: epson luster for canon luster paper, epson matte for canon matte paper, etc. Of course, you shouldn`t expect extreme accurate color reproduction.

As long as you do your part and use the proper paper profile in the printing process your results will be as good as an equivalent HP printer (or better). I`ve always been led to believe that the best results are by matching the ink to the paper though no doubt some of this is “manufacturer led”.

My printer feeds through one piece of paper all the way and then a half piece of paper and stops. I pull out the paper to stop the paper jam and then it prints but sounds rough. After printing, it doesn't feed the paper all the way through.

ANSWER : Isopropyl alcohol is not recommended for rubber rollers. It dries out the rubber and hasten it’s cracking and breaking. It will do nothing to restore the grip. Those rollers are really hard to replace. It would be easy if that dumbass secondary menu really worked. None of the techs I’ve spoke to ever got into it. Everyone I know sends a print job and listens for the roller to rotate into position where you can pull it off.
