Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Under Printers & scanners, look for your printer. If you see your printer listed, you`ll know it`s installed.
On the General tab, type a session name, click Printer, and then configure a printer. On the APPC tab, provide an AS/400 Device Name, a Local LU Alias, a Mode Name, and a Remote LU to use for this print session. If the AS/400 Device Name you specify does not exist on the AS/400, it will be created.

From the Devices and Printers screen, right-click on a printer and choose “Printer properties” to bring up a dialog box displaying the printer name, sharing settings and port information.

4. Click on the Security tab. Note: If the security options are grayed out, go to the start menu and launch Print Management. Go to Printers > Right Click > Properties > Security Tab, you may be able to edit the permission from that window, if not, reach out to your IT.
