Full reset not working
The printer has an error message say check the color cartridge, I open the printer and the hour glass stay on and won’t go away. I try to reset the printer it won’t reset. The full reset come on and I heard the printer make some click sound and stop after few minutes. but the full reset remain on the screen and the printer is not functioning. Pease help. –
