ANSWER : Thanks! On my printer, one of the magnets did dislodge and was stuck on the other side. I finally figured out what it was from your advice. The magnet was not broken and popped right back in to place. Keeping my fingers crossed that was the only issue.

ANSWER : That error indicates that the expected voltage from the power supply is not being drawn – if printer is plugged into surge protector it can get that error message as well. Printer should be plugged directly into an outlet.
