ANSWER : Thanks! On my printer, one of the magnets did dislodge and was stuck on the other side. I finally figured out what it was from your advice. The magnet was not broken and popped right back in to place. Keeping my fingers crossed that was the only issue.

ANSWER : I found the problem to be a fuser. For $150 you can fix this issue. Cheaper to buy a new unit.
