A `Paper has Jammed` message and light blinks

Remove any ejected paper from the front or back of the printer. Open the paper tray cover. Remove any loose photo paper from the paper tray, and then check for and remove any bent, wrinkled, or torn paper.

that is the touchpad button… the pin hole is the button… if you tap it twice the color will change…. that turns the touchpad on or off… On my DV7 that switch turns off the touchpad. If you use a wireless mouse you can turn it off. I have an HP G62 laptop fyi.

I quickly found a solution to this problem by going to printing preferences and making sure the PRINT IN GRAYSCALE option was deselected or turned OFF.
