Go to your computer and click “Print” from the file that you wanted to print. Click on “Properties” and then the “Color” tab next. Select the “Print in grayscale” option by clicking on its checkbox. You can now start printing in black and white.

Remove the cartridges from your printer – switch your printer off. Using a piece of damp kitchen roll, gently wipe the copper plate on the cartridge. Allow the chips to air dry. Once the chips are completely dry, re-install the cartridges into your printer and switch the printer back on.
As you mentioned you have issues printing in yellow color from your printer. The printhead could be clogged, and you might need to clean the printhead several times to restore print quality. Use an automated tool from the printer control panel to clean the printhead.
The black paper absorbs colour, the white paper reflects colour, maybe your printer prints on black paper but because of black paper, it`s almost invisible. You can`t expect a yellow colour to be the same intensity on black paper and on white paper.
