Even if the paper you select matches the printer`s recommended thickness range, adding too much or too little of it to the input tray can result in unevenly fed sheets. The rollers that move paper out of the tray function best when you maintain at least a mid-level stack but don`t exceed or undershoot the loading line.
Wrong Printer Driver
When your output looks slanted, not because it`s skewed on the paper but because the material on the page appears falsely italicized or otherwise distorted, you may be using the wrong driver software for the combination of your computer hardware, operating system and printer.
Dust, paper fiber, and other debris might accumulate on the pick rollers and cause paper feed issues. To help prevent paper feed issues, clean the rollers inside the printer and in the duplexer (if equipped). If the other steps in this document fail to resolve the issue, then reset the printer.
Make sure your paper meets the specifications for your product. If paper dust builds up on the rollers, they may lose traction and become unable to feed paper properly. Clean the paper guide. If roll paper does not feed, cut the end straight across and uncurl it by rolling it backward, if necessary.
Select > Paper Setting > paper source > Print Adjustments > Paper Feed Adjust.
Make sure you selected the correct paper size settings in your printing program and printer software. Make sure you selected the correct margins for your paper size in your printing program. Make sure your paper is positioned correctly for feeding into the printer.

The paper has holes along both sides that fit over the sprockets located on the feeder wheel. When the wheel turns, it feeds the paper into the printer. The holes are torn off the paper after the printout is complete. And, yes, printers still use this type of feeder mechanism.
A printer printing lines on the page are normally caused by a blocked, dirty, or damaged print head. Blocked ink cartridge nozzles, or not removing protective seals correctly when you installed a new ink cartridge can also cause missing lines of print.
Using both hands, put one piece of paper in the manual feed slot until the front edge of the paper touches the paper feed roller. Once the machine has grasped the paper, let go. The side to be printed should be faced up.
Printers may produce poor quality printing if they are exposed to too much heat. Don`t place your printers in a high-temperature area or near other devices that produce excess heat. In addition, keep them away from windows, where heat and humidity can be high.

The message “No Paper Fed” may appear on the display if the machine is out of paper, if the paper isn`t loaded properly in the paper tray, if the jam clear cover at the back of the machine isn`t install correctly, or if the white PE Actuator is missing or isn`t properly connected.
Continuous paper:
The minimum left and right margins are 13 mm (0.51 inch) each. The maximum paper width is 254 mm (10.0 inches). The maximum printable width is 203.2 mm (8.0 inches).
Look in the technical specifications section for information on the top/bottom and left/right margins. Another easy way to find the margins is to use Microsoft Word. Change your default printer to be the printer for which you want to identify the margins. Click the Margins button and then click the Custom Margins…
At the desired left margin position, press and hold down the ALT key and press the LMAR key, then release both keys to set the left margin. d. At the desired right margin position, press and hold down the ALT key and press the RMAR key, then release both keys to set the right margin.
Choose File > Print. From the Subset pop-up menu in the Print Range area, select Even Pages Only. Click OK or Print. If the total number of pages is odd, add a blank sheet so the final odd page has a sheet to print on.
Your copies may be cut off if the paper is loaded incorrectly in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) or paper tray, or if the paper size setting is not programmed correctly.
This will likely be caused by the Page Setup settings. … it will set a wide margin, to cope with a worst case. If you specify your own printer you will get correct margins for that printer. If you are scripting the print/save, then before the Print step, include Page Setup and specify the printer you intend to use.
If your printouts become grainy or blurry, you notice misalignment of vertical lines, or you see dark or light horizontal bands, you may need to align the print head. You can align the print head automatically from the control panel or your computer, or align it manually from the control panel.
Solution. Skew. Print media is not loaded correctly, or trays are not adjusted properly. 1. Make sure paper is loaded straight/neatly/correctly.
Paper curl is caused by an excess amount of moisture in the paper. The first step to ensure less paper curl is to store your paper in a cool, dry area. By doing so, you will reduce the amount of moisture and humidity the paper is exposed to. The next step is to always fan the paper before placing in the machine.

My printer feeds through one piece of paper all the way and then a half piece of paper and stops. I pull out the paper to stop the paper jam and then it prints but sounds rough. After printing, it doesn't feed the paper all the way through.
ANSWER : And the first 2 sheets, the full and half sheet that go through first, are blank.

when printing front and back, the front will print well but the back will fade
ANSWER : It happens because second side voltage is much higher and the board breaks. Are you getting this issue in auto duplex only, or same error you are getting when you print second side manually?

Canon MP110 won't print, paper won't feed
ANSWER : Thanks everyone!!!! My printer was working fine yesterday and then at night it would not print. Got very frustrated. It would say load paper but there was paper. Then it would only take one side of the paper and say paper jam and there was no jam. Today I landed on this page after searching online and I shook my printer.. Yes!!!!! and now it prints… You cannot imagine how happy I am… Doing the happy dance now!!!! Thanks everyone 🙂

Print file sent but no printing occurs
ANSWER : Been working on these since they first were released. Never seen a problem like yours. If it happens again, try doing an engine test, as it bypasses the formatter board. The engine test is located at the right side of the manual tray opening. Look for a hole in the side wall. Stick something like a paper clip into it to actuate the test button. It will then print a lined test page. If it does that, then it points to the formatter board as the cause of your problem.

Paper feeds straight through without printing on an Epson R2400
ANSWER : I was able to get it to print the internal test page by holding down the sheet paper feed button while turning the machine on — then continuing to hold the sheet paper feed button. It took several attempts, feeding a page straight through, but eventually it caught the sheet and printed. So it may be a timing issue as others have mentioned. It could still mean that the feed rollers are worn out. The back side of the large D-shaped feed roller has visible abrasion on it. The abrasion is difficult to see as the roller does not stay with the flat side exposed.
