The machine may be configured incorrectly. Check the Printing Preferences to ensure that all of the print settings are correct. The printer driver may be incorrectly installed. Uninstall and reinstall the machine`s driver.
Select Start , then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Under Printers & scanners, find the printer, select it, and then select Remove device. After removing your printer, add it back by selecting Add a printer or scanner.
Reinstall a local printer

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Under Printers & scanners, look for your printer. If you see your printer listed, you`ll know it`s installed. If you don`t see your printer listed, select Add a printer or scanner.

Check that the correct paper is properly loaded into the printer and is not jammed. Replacing damaged cables, plugging in loose or disconnected cables, and fixing paper jams as necessary may resolve the issue.

To remove printer and driver on Windows 10, open Settings > Printers & scanners, select the printer, and click “Remove device.” Then open Print management > Custom Filters > All Drivers, right-click the driver, and select “Delete.”
