ANSWER : HI there, oki image drums contain a fuse. You can reset them if they are working/printing ok by replacing the fuse. Hope this helps. The fuse is located inside the unit so is a bit fiddly.

Brother MFC 9130cw Fuser and PF reset
ANSWER : I have a MFC-9325cw. I had the fuser and PF kit replaced but the person who replaced it did not reset the life counters for these parts. Brother was NO HELP whatsoever! I found this blog: http://yannickdekoeijer.blogspot.com/2014/11/how-to-reset-consumables-like-toners.html and also found the answer to my problem! Press #3 and #9 at the same time. Use the arrows to scroll through the menu to find the correct part and click OK, click #1 to reset.
