We follow a structured way of so long as services to our clients. If by any chance our service proves to be unsatisfactory, we will provide a free service within a 24 hrs of complaint. We take serious efforts to improve ourselves and provide an even better service to ensure a satisfactory experience for clients.
One Time Fix
As per our policy, the clients who availed a service are eligible for a refund only if the issues are not resolved after the service. The One Time Fix option is valid only if the customers reach us within 48 hours from the time the issue was fixed. The clients have to report to the technical support team over a call or email within 48 hours, and we assure immediate processing of the complaint and a subsequent action within 24 hours of the complaint. A full refund will be provided if our technical team is not able to fix the issue. Clients will be credited with the refund amount within 10-15 days once the refund request is accepted.
Refund based on service subscription
It is advised to go through our return policies before availing any of our services. Refund for service subscription is valid only when customers terminate the subscription within 30 days of availing the service. After 30 days from purchase, no refund/return request will be entertained by us.
The clients are required to state a valid reason for the refund request. Based on the reason, our team will decide whether or not the refund request is to be accepted, and a reply will be sent shortly. In case you want an immediate refund over a defective service, under certain conditions, we credit the amount to the customer’s account by any means opted at the time of purchase. Otherwise, the normal duration for a refund settlement is 10-15 working days after the acceptance to the request.
For a refund case exceeding the mentioned period of subscription, clients will be asked to return all the catalogues and licenses without any damage. The clients become eligible only when the returned items are in acceptable condition. If eligible, a mail acknowledging the same will be sent to the clients.
