The printer is either low in toner, the density is set too low, or the Economode may be turned on. Remove the toner cartridge and shake it. This will redistribute the toner and often will temporarily solve the problem. However, this usually indicates it is time to install a new cartridge.
Press and hold button for 15 seconds

Reset the HP 1200w Accessory to its factory default settings.

It is caused by an HP printer option called Mopier Mode being enabled by default. This mode causes only 1 copy to be sent to the printer which should then use its internal memory to print the multiple copies. If there is no suitable internal memory only the 1 sent copy gets printed.
There are a few things that could be the cause of this problem, including: Empty ink or toner cartridges that need replacing. Ink or toner cartridges that have become dislodged from their proper place. The wrong paper size loaded in the input tray.
The paper might not be engaged with the feed rollers. The paper-width guide is pressed against the paper stack too tightly. The paper tray is not completely inserted into the product. The paper settings in the print driver do not match the paper loaded in the paper tray.
Recommended action. Turn the printer off, wait 15 seconds and turn the printer back on (using the power switch located on the back of the printer). The error code should not appear again.
If your printer`s status displays “Printer in error state,” there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn`t open and the paper isn`t jammed.
To answer the actual question of why you can`t print it could be due to simple things such as networking issues, a paper jam, or low toner ink. Or it could be more complicated, such as service is required, there`s a physical breakage, or there`s a hardware driver problem.
Open the document, and then click File > Print. Select your printer, and then click Printer Properties, Preferences, or Printer Setup. From the print settings, select the option for a two-sided print job.
Partial prints are a common issue with printers and there are several main reasons it can occur: Problem with the print spooler (on Windows PCs) Overload of the GPU on later model Macs. Dodgy USB cord.
If the ink cartridges are new, check if the safety clip or tape is still attached. Check if the paper that you`re using matches the paper type in your printer setting. Check if the printer is on a flat and stable surface. Most printer models won`t work if it`s tilted in an angle.
On the control panel, open the Setup, Service, or Settings menu. Select Preferences, Printer Maintenance, or Tools. Select Web Services, Printer Update, or LaserJet Update. If prompted, follow the instructions to turn on Web Services.
Remove the toner cartridge and gently wipe to remove any dust or toner underneath with a dry cloth. If you notice excess toner inside the print device, it may be possible to remove it using a vacuum that is specifically designed to capture fine dust particles like toner powder. These vacuums can be costly, however.
1. Paper Jams. Paper jams are a common problem for printers, resulting in time-consuming and frustrating delays. It can occur when loose sheets of paper get stuck in the rollers or feeding mechanism of the printer.
Reset. Resetting the printer stops printing and clears the current print job received from the active interface. You may want to reset the printer when there is a problem with the print job itself and the printer cannot print successfully.
If you`ve tried all possible solutions and you still can`t print to your printer, reset the printing system. This process deletes all printers from your list of printers, deletes information about all completed print jobs, and deletes all printer presets.
Select Start , then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Scroll down to Related Settings and select Print server properties. Select the Drivers tab, and see if your printer is listed. If it is, you`re all set.
From the File menu, choose “Page Setup” and then set all of your margins to zero. Your document will print across the full width of the paper, as long as your printer`s settings are set similarly.
However, if the printer only prints one page at a time, there is a chance that there might be something wrong with the collate option. If you are printing from MS Word, you will find the collate option right in the print settings. Simply change the option to Uncollated in order to print all the pages.
Check the ink levels

Sometimes, the printer may not print black ink because it is low or empty. You can check the ink levels on the printer`s display, or by using the software that came with your printer. If the ink level is low, replace the cartridge or refill it according to the manufacturer`s instructions.

The nozzle check function allows you to check whether the print head is working properly by printing a nozzle check pattern. Print the pattern if printing becomes faint, or if a specific color fails to print.
Regardless of which you choose, all of your applications will be deleted and any settings will be returned to their default. 9. If you choose “Remove everything,” you will also have to decide whether you want a completely clean drive or if you would like to keep the laptop and you aren`t planning on giving it away.
Restart your computer, and then immediately press the F11 key repeatedly. Click Start . Press and hold the Shift key, click Power, and then select Restart while holding the Shift key.

Print file sent but no printing occurs
ANSWER : Been working on these since they first were released. Never seen a problem like yours. If it happens again, try doing an engine test, as it bypasses the formatter board. The engine test is located at the right side of the manual tray opening. Look for a hole in the side wall. Stick something like a paper clip into it to actuate the test button. It will then print a lined test page. If it does that, then it points to the formatter board as the cause of your problem.
