When your printer can`t print the full document and is skipping some pages, you need to check your printer first. Make sure your printer is securely connected to your PC. The ink isn`t running out and the ink cartridges are not clogged. There`s enough paper in the paper tray.
Make sure that your page settings are set to print all pages and to print every page. Settings that cause some pages not to print are `manual duplexing`, `print every other page`, `print odd pages`, `print on both sides`, or similar settings.
To print in single-cartridge mode, remove one of the ink cartridges, and then continue to print as usual. The printer control panel or computer screen might display a message to install the missing cartridge. To clear the message and continue with the print job, click or press OK.
Open the (Devices and) Printers Control Panel. Right-click on the printer, and choose (Printer) Properties. Click the Device Settings tab. Scroll to the bottom of the list, and change “Mopier Mode” to “Disabled”, then click OK.
Click File > Print. Under Settings, click One page per sheet, and then choose Multiple pages per sheet in the list. Click Print. Tip: Print a test sheet on a sheet of plain paper to verify that your publication prints as you expect before you print on a manufacturer`s product or more expensive paper.
Partial prints are a common issue with printers and there are several main reasons it can occur: Problem with the print spooler (on Windows PCs) Overload of the GPU on later model Macs. Dodgy USB cord.
Adjust the paper size setting

In the application you want to print from, click File, and then click Print. Select your printer from the Printer drop-down list. Click Paper Size. Select the paper size that matches the size and type of paper loaded in the printer tray, and then click OK.

You can continue to print with one or more empty cartridges, but HP recommends replacing them as soon as possible to avoid printhead damage.
Use The Printer With A Single Cartridge

There are no complicated instructions for this mode, all you have to do is remove the empty cartridges from your printer and close it back up with the single full cartridge installed. During single-cartridge mode, the printer will only print jobs initiated from the computer.

Laser printer is to print the entire page at one time.
Shrink a worksheet to fit on one page

Select the Page tab in the Page Setup dialog box. Select Fit to under Scaling. To fit your document to print on one page, choose 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall in the Fit to boxes.

Choose File > Print. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select Multiple Pages Per Sheet. From the Pages Per Sheet pop-up menu, select a value.
Verify your printer`s ink levels, clean the printhead, fill the paper tray, and avoid using substandard paper. Low-quality paper can cause “Ghost Paper Jams” and other issues that stop your printer from printing documents.
However, if the printer only prints one page at a time, there is a chance that there might be something wrong with the collate option. If you are printing from MS Word, you will find the collate option right in the print settings. Simply change the option to Uncollated in order to print all the pages.
If your PC or the LCD screen on your printer is telling you that your ink cartridges are full but no ink is passing through to the paper, then it`s most likely that you are dealing with a clogged printhead. Blurry documents and images that appear faded are also signs that it`s time to remove the excess ink.
Ink cartridges can dry out over time. If they are sitting in your machine for an extended period, they will eventually dry up and become unusable. The simplest way to combat this problem is by printing more frequently or running regular cleans and ink tests to ensure the nozzles remain clean.
The quick answer is: Yes, you can (if you own a printer model that allows it) — but you shouldn`t keep printing with an empty cartridge for too long. Why? Because running on an empty cartridge for too long can cause your printhead to overheat resulting in irreversible printer damage.
Print In Single Cartridge Mode

For instance, the HP ENVY series allows you to print in single-cartridge mode. When it comes to printing a single color i.e black, you can perform your printing activity by simply removing the tricolor cartridge and letting your printer default settings to use only black ink.

The single-cartridge mode is initiated when an ink cartridge is removed from the ink cartridge carriage. During single-cartridge mode, the printer can copy documents, copy photos, and print jobs from the computer.
A typical ink cartridge will yield 250 to 300 pages depending on the color density of the prints. The yield of a typical toner cartridge in a laser printer is between 2,500 and 3,000 pages. Some larger laser printers can even have toners that will yield up to 30,000 pages!
If you print a lot of text documents in black and use the other colors in equal amounts, a printer that uses separate black and multi-color cartridges may offer greater savings. You can replace the black one as often as necessary while keeping your color one going strong.
1.) Open the document you want to print, click File, click Print, and then click Show Details, if necessary. 2.) Look for a Two-Sided option in the print dialog and then Un-check the Two Sided box.
Select Skip Blank Page

You can use the Print Preview function to check for any blank pages and remove them before printing. Alternatively, select Skip Blank Page in your printer software. In Windows 10, select Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
