Common causes of paper jams include: Damaged rollers. Inserting paper that is incompatible with the printer. Loading the paper incorrectly.
If the paper is even slightly askew, the rollers will pick it up a little crooked, and — guess what — the crooked sheet will immediately get jammed. So even though there`s no paper stuck when you start printing, the loose paper guides are ensuring that a sheet gets jammed whenever the printer starts doing its thing.
A paper jam is when paper or other printed material gets stuck or lodged in a printer and cannot eject.
Dust, paper fiber, and other debris might accumulate on the paper feed rollers and cause paper jams and paper feed issues. Clean the rollers inside the printer, and then try to print again. Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the power cord.
Sheet feeder: Holds the blank paper and automatically feeds the paper during printing.
In general, paper feeding methods are divided into two types: manual feeding and automatic feeder feeding. When the manual feed is in printing, the user holds the paper directly from the printer`s paper feed port. However, manual feeding can only feed one sheet at a time, which is very inefficient.
Small fragments of sticky label material commonly get torn off and stuck within your printer, collecting dust and causing a jam. Shut the printer off, get a flashlight, and try to see inside. Make sure no label fragments have jammed up your printer before proceeding.
There are a few things that could be the cause of this problem, including: Empty ink or toner cartridges that need replacing. Ink or toner cartridges that have become dislodged from their proper place. The wrong paper size loaded in the input tray.
These printers are designed to handle large volumes of paper without the need to stop and load a new page.
Improperly Loading Paper into the Device

Loading paper that is stuck together, frayed, curled or bent can cause a jam. Overloading the paper tray, loading different thicknesses of paper in the tray or using paper that isn`t appropriate for your particular printer can all result in a jammed printer.

Instead of printing directly from one device to one printer, with pull printing, printouts are sent to a single, virtual, site-wide, secure hold and release queue, patiently awaiting release. Users then release the print job from the printer of their choice.
There are two major types of feeding systems: component feeding and a total mixed ration (TMR). Component feeding is when forages, protein supplements, and grains are fed individually to the cow. The amounts delivered can be fed by weight or volume.
Do a hard reset on your printer. To do this you just need to turn off your printer, unplug for a few minutes and then plug the printer again. If that still doesn`t work, try turning the printer and your computer off, and then start it back up again. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer driver.
It`s important to replace the drum promptly when it`s low to avoid any further damage to the printer and to maintain optimal print quality. A bad drum may cause paper jams because it can cause the toner to be unevenly distributed on the paper, leading to jams or misfeeds.
Slide the paper all the way into the printer. The leading edge of the paper will stop at the Paper Drive Roller. Locate the Paper Sensor/OOPs sensor on the right side of the paper path. It can be seen from the top of the printer with the Top Cover open and has red, black, and blue wires attached to it.
When jam sets, pectin plays a vital role. Boiling the jam releases the pectins from the fruit used; with the correct amount of sugar and acidity, which we`ll discuss in due course, the long pectin chains can bind to each other via intermolecular interactions, forming a gel network.
Pectin, naturally found in fruit is vital to make your jam set. With low-pectin fruits like strawberries, help them along by either mixing with pectin-rich fruit like gooseberries or by using jam sugar (with added pectin and citric acid). Setting point is 104.5°C.
Printer rollers are the tiny rubber wheels inside your printer that move sheets of paper through the printer. The roller that lifts the paper from the paper tray is called the paper uptake roller.
Here`s a little-known fact about printers: Almost all printers built in the last 30 years or so have built-in memory. In fact, most printers have many of the same features found in computers and mobile devices—hard drives, system memory, operating systems and applications.
Printer memory might be maxed by stored fonts, faxes, or macros. The printer firmware is out of date.
A printer pool is simply a group of 2 or more printers that use the same logical printer on your computer. In other words you would install a printer in your Printers and Faxes folder and have it connect to more than one physical printer.
Nesting is a process whereby as much width of the paper as possible is utilized by aligning or rotating many separate images before the job is printed.

Paper Jam error but no paper jam
ANSWER : Obviously you didn’t get all the paper cleared out. There is a small scrap in the paper path causing the jam when the paper hits it. You can try clearing it out by inserting something stiff like a piece of file folder from the back of the printer into the paper path and pushing the offending piece out that way.
