- Press the On/Resume button ( ) to turn on the product.
- With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 15 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
- Select Start , then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . …
- Under Printers & scanners, find the printer, select it, and then select Remove device.
- After removing your printer, add it back by selecting Add a printer or scanner.
- Open the printer`s web page and Sign in as Administrator.
- On the General tab select Reset Factory Settings in the menu.
- In the section Reset Firmware select Reset.
- Select Reset. The printer will now restart.
- Set printer`s date and time correctly.
