The connection cable between the computer and the machine is not connected properly. Disconnect the machine cable and reconnect it (see Rear view). RESET THE PRINTER

Switch the printer on and unplug the cable completely, both the USB connection on the device and the plug to the power socket. Wait for at least a minute. c. Reconnect the cable and plug it to the power source.

Restoring the factory-set defaults returns most of the settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count, tray size, or language.

The WPS pin can almost always be found in the settings menu of your printer`s control panel. It will vary brand by brand, but you simply need to enter the settings menu, and look for wifi or network options and the WPS pin should be in one of the nested menus.
WPS is a convenient way to connect your devices to your router, but it can pose a security risk. It`s a good idea to turn off WPS functionality once all your devices are connected and allow guests to connect via a guest network so your private devices stay safe.
