The printer will print details of the current Wifi settings. To fully reset the printer`s Wifi settings, press and hold the Wifi Report button, then press and hold the Wifi button. Keep both pressed for 10 seconds.
Yes, you can reset the print settings to their original, default values. Press and hold down the Cancel button for 3 seconds. When the message to reset the printer to default settings appears, press OK to reset the print settings.
Try connecting the product to another router, access point, switch or hub. Try connecting the product to your router, access point, switch, or hub with another Ethernet cable. Try printing from another computer on the network to see if the problem persists.
Hold down the Wi-Fi button and press the network status button until the Wi-Fi light and Wi-Fi Direct light flash alternately. Then release both buttons. Note: When you are using an Android device and connect to the printer using Wi-Fi Direct, the Wi-Fi light and Wi-Fi Direct light flash simultaneously on the printer.
Make sure the scanner is turned on. Turn off your computer and scanner, then check the USB cable connection between them to make sure it is secure. The scanner may not work properly when your computer is in standby mode (Windows) or sleep mode (Mac OS X). Restart Epson Scan and try scanning again.
Make sure the USB cable is connected securely at both ends and meets the requirements. Run a printer check. If the test page prints, make sure your software is installed correctly. Make sure the printer cover is closed.
Your Epson printer may not be working properly if you`re using a wrong driver or it`s out of date. To see if that`s the case for you, you should update your printer driver. If you don`t have the time, patience or skills to update your driver manually, you can do it automatically with Driver Easy.
The reset key is a single use key and once used cannot be used again. All EPSON printers have inbuilt counters that count up the number of pages a printer produces, the number of head cleans executed and various other attributes. Once a critical level is reached the printer will enter its service mode.
Restoring the factory-set defaults returns most of the settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count, tray size, or language.
Restart the printer and the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions. Restore Wi-Fi setup mode. Most printers with a touchscreen display or menu: Open the Wireless or Setup menu, select Network setup or Settings, and then select Restore Network Settings.
Move It Closer to Your Router

Even if the Wi-Fi signal in that room seems fine, try moving your printer closer to the router if you`re having connection issues. If your printer has a sub-par Wi-Fi chip, it may need a super strong signal to stay connected.

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners > Add a printer or scanner.
If Windows doesn`t recognize your scanner, you may need to reconnect the cables. Also, you have to make sure that the cables are connected to the correct ports and that none of the cables are worn out. If you`re using a wireless scanner, ensure you`re connected to the same WiFi network as your computer.
The Power light blinks at a steady interval when the printer is processing a print job. If the Power light blinks fast, the ink cartridge door might be open, or the printer might be in an error state. If an error message displays on the computer screen, follow the on-screen messages to resolve the issue.
A `Paper has Jammed` message and light blinks

Remove any ejected paper from the front or back of the printer. Open the paper tray cover. Remove any loose photo paper from the paper tray, and then check for and remove any bent, wrinkled, or torn paper.

Start by checking your hardware

If you`re using a wired printer, make sure that the printer cable is properly connected from the printer to your PC. For wireless printers, check the wireless connection. Make sure the printer`s wireless option is turned on and available.

Just like computers, printers have volatile memory (RAM) that is removed when you turn the printer off. Volatile memory requires power to store the information. Deleting volatile memory is easy: Simply shut down or unplug your printer for a minute or so.
Print blemishes after inserting a new cartridge. Slow print times. Abnormal noises. Paper jams and ripped paper.
Reasons why Epson printer goes offline:

Some of the common ones include: Connectivity issues: If your printer is not connected to the computer correctly, it may go offline. Outdated driver: An outdated driver can cause communication issues between the printer and the computer, leading to the offline status.

Do a hard reset on your printer. To do this you just need to turn off your printer, unplug for a few minutes and then plug the printer again. If that still doesn`t work, try turning the printer and your computer off, and then start it back up again. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer driver.
Select Start , then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Under Printers & scanners, find the printer, select it, and then select Remove device. After removing your printer, add it back by selecting Add a printer or scanner.
Resetting to Factory Settings

During the factory resetting process, your PC`s hard drive is completely erased and you lose any business, financial and personal files that may be present on the computer. Once the resetting process starts, you cannot interrupt it.

Need help for cleaning epson r300, have a kit
ANSWER : Don’t worry about the paper towel. Keep the heads as far to the right as you can and the fluid will just go into the waste sponge underneath. There’s nothing you can damage with the fluid. I wouldn’t worry about the pad that got torn. Just insert the syringe in the nozzle and gently push the fluid down into the heads. This site sold tens of thousands of those kits and I guess the instructions were pretty good because there was never a single complaint.

Epson Stylus C64 in problems, Help!!!!
ANSWER : a lucky tip – if all else fails and you don’t have a PC instead of a Mac, try what I did on my C63. When the head finished moving and both red lights flashed with a “general error’ message, turn off the printer power supply and physically slide the head from its rest position to the far left of the printer. This seems to re-set the “foreign body” trigger. Turn the power back on, the head slowly moves back to the rest position and hey presto the lights have stopped flashing and the printer works! Sounds clumsy but you have nothing to lose trying it, the cost of repair exceeds the value of a 10 year old printer.
