Check the Margin settings under File>Page Setup to make sure that the right margin is OK. Also check the paragraph format to make sure that you do not have a negative right indent which could be causing the text to extend into an area that is unprintable by your printer.
The problem may be due to a simple issue like printer paper quality or ink/toner cartridge wear, or it could be a more serious problem that requires professional repair.
This happens when the rollers or the transfer belt inside the printer get dirty or covered in excess dirt, ink or toner powder, and as the paper is moved through the printer the `tracks` are being left on the page. This is normally the case when the tracks on the page are located at either end.

If the paper feed rollers are dirty or paper powder is attached to it, paper may not be fed properly. In this case, clean the paper feed rollers. Cleaning will wear out the paper feed rollers, so perform this only when necessary. Make sure that the power is turned on and remove any paper from the rear tray.
HP printers not printing double-sided or duplex is a very common issue which could be due to several reasons, such as misconfigured printer settings, failed print jobs in queue, outdated drivers or a random glitch.
If you notice white or dark lines in your prints (also called banding), try these solutions before you reprint: Run a nozzle check to see if any of the print head nozzles are clogged. Then clean the print head, if necessary. Make sure the paper type setting matches the type of paper you loaded.
There is actually a right and wrong direction to put paper in a device. It`s true! So, the next time you fill your copier trays, check the packaging for an arrow showing which side is the recommended side to copy. If the packaging does not have any arrows, you can determine the copy side yourself.
Dots are typically caused by foreign material inside the machine (for example, paper dust, glue from labels or envelopes, paper clips, staples) sticking to or damaging the surface of the drum. Toner builds up on or sticks to these areas on the drum and creates black dots on the printed pages.
The duplex copy (1-sided to 2-sided) feature allows you to make a double-sided copy of two single-sided documents. STEP I: First, check the copy type that is suitable to your documents.
If your duplex (double-sided / two-sided) prints are printing upside-down (or `short-edge` when you`re expecting `long-edge`), then you will need to set the `Duplex (long-edge) back-sheet treatment` under Edit printer to `Rotate`. Duplex dropdown option set to rotate within a printer`s settings.

A paper feed issue can occur for several reasons, such as dusty or contaminated paper rollers, the condition of the paper in the tray, or even issues with the software. To resolve the issue, try each solution in this document, and then use the steps in this section to print a self-test report.

When it isn`t working properly, the quality of your prints can suffer. Signs of a bad transfer roller include streaking, squealing, jamming and odors emanating from the printer. Troubleshoot your transfer rollers to restore your prints to their normal high quality.
The message “2-sided Disabled” indicates the duplex tray is not installed correctly into the machine or the back cover of the machine is not closed completely.
What is auto duplex printing? Auto duplex printing simply means that your printer can automatically print on both sides of your paper. Many newer printers feature this function. Some older models, however, require you to manually flip the pages so they can be printed on both sides.
To put it simply, rollers are available in three material classifications. 1) Urethane/Rubber, 2) Metallic, and 3) Resin.
These paint streaks are called raised edge roller marks, and they`re caused by paint that`s been applied too thickly or unevenly. The cause: This typically happens when the roller is full of paint and is pressed too firmly against the wall.
Fortunately, you can remove roller marks by using a wet sponge and some sandpaper. Once your paint has dried off, rub down the surface using your sandpaper. Be sure not to get rid of too much of the paint because the only goal is to even out the coating.

Typically, only large digital press printers using rolls of paper can print right to the edge. Most MFPs are not actually capable of printing to the edge of the page since the machinery requires a small amount of space to help feed the paper through the paper path.
An inkjet printer printing lines or missing lines on printouts are caused when the printer cartridges or the cartridge carriage which contains the print head becomes dirty or damaged.
Using both hands, put one piece of paper in the manual feed slot until the front edge of the paper touches the paper feed roller. Once the machine has grasped the paper, let go. The side to be printed should be faced up. The machine will hold the paper in place until the print data is sent to the machine.

Paper feeds straight through without printing on an Epson R2400
ANSWER : I was able to get it to print the internal test page by holding down the sheet paper feed button while turning the machine on — then continuing to hold the sheet paper feed button. It took several attempts, feeding a page straight through, but eventually it caught the sheet and printed. So it may be a timing issue as others have mentioned. It could still mean that the feed rollers are worn out. The back side of the large D-shaped feed roller has visible abrasion on it. The abrasion is difficult to see as the roller does not stay with the flat side exposed.
