How to Identify and Fix Common Problems ?

Check your print driver to make sure you have the correct paper or media selected. Double check that the paper loaded in the tray matches the type selected in the printer driver. In some laser printers, the fuser has an adjustment for paper type.
Moisten a clean, soft, lint free, cotton cloth with a mixture of 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% water (also known as rubbing alcohol). Do not use fibrous materials, such as paper towels. The cloth should be moist with no free liquid to ensure dripping does not occur. Do not spray any liquids directly onto the product.
A printer`s heads, nozzles, and other components can become dirty or clogged, which could show up as white lines running across your page. Your printer may have a head-cleaning feature available through your device software located on your computer or from the control panel on the printer itself.
Check the ink levels
Sometimes, the printer may not print black ink because it is low or empty. You can check the ink levels on the printer`s display, or by using the software that came with your printer. If the ink level is low, replace the cartridge or refill it according to the manufacturer`s instructions.
When your printer leaves black lines, the lines indicate that there are excess toner powders on the rollers or transfer belt within the printer. As the paper is moved along by the rollers and transfer belt, any excess powder left on them can result in lines being left on the paper.
Simultaneously press the  button on the numeric keypad and the [Stop] button on the Control Panel. A message asking if the Cleaning Cartridge has been replaced will be displayed on the Touch Screen. Select [Yes] to clear the message.
When the printer`s front panel reads Waiting for manual feed. Insert one envelope , insert one envelope until it stops: Insert one envelope with the short end of the envelope entering the printer first, and with the flap side face-up and aligned with the left side of the manual feed slot.
If your printouts are blurry or smeared, try these solutions: Make sure your paper is not damp, curled, old, or loaded incorrectly in your product. Use a support sheet with special paper, or load special paper one sheet at a time. Make sure your paper meets the specifications for your product.
a misprint or misspelling in a text.
If you notice that your print quality is uneven, too light, too dark, or there are vertical or horizontal lines in the print (banding), try these solutions: Run a nozzle check to see if any of the print head nozzles are clogged. Then clean the print head, if necessary.
