Check your print driver to make sure you have the correct paper or media selected. Double check that the paper loaded in the tray matches the type selected in the printer driver. In some laser printers, the fuser has an adjustment for paper type.
Moisten a clean, soft, lint free, cotton cloth with a mixture of 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% water (also known as rubbing alcohol). Do not use fibrous materials, such as paper towels. Check the ink levels
Sometimes, the printer may not print black ink because it is low or empty. You can check the ink levels on the printer`s display, or by using the software that came with your printer. If the ink level is low, replace the cartridge or refill it according to the manufacturer`s instructions.
When your printer leaves black lines, the lines indicate that there are excess toner powders on the rollers or transfer belt within the printer. As the paper is moved along by the rollers and transfer belt, any excess powder left on them can result in lines being left on the paper.
Simultaneously press the [9] button on the numeric keypad and the [Stop] button on the Control Panel. A message asking if the Cleaning Cartridge has been replaced will be displayed on the Touch Screen. Select [Yes] to clear the message.

My printer feeds through one piece of paper all the way and then a half piece of paper and stops. I pull out the paper to stop the paper jam and then it prints but sounds rough. After printing, it doesn't feed the paper all the way through.
