024-747 The specified combination of parameters (stored file size, paper size, paper tray, duplex command, output tray) cannot be executed or continued. Load Paper in Trays 1-4. Make sure that the paper size, paper tray, duplex settings, and output tray settings are correct for the job.
NOTE: The default user ID is “admin” (case sensitive). The default passcode is “1111”. Contact your System Administrator if there is a problem with the password, or the password has been lost or forgotten. If the password cannot be recovered, contact Support to place a service call.
If you`re ok to factory reset your printer then just do this: Hold the Home button down for 7 seconds then release it – note the “then release” Enter 6789.

Fault Code 042-330: Fuser Exhaust Fan Failure.
Locate the colored lever on the bottom of the Scanner unit. There is a lock and unlock icon. If the lever is towards the back of the copier / printer, the Scanner is locked. If the lever is towards the front of the copier / printer, the Scanner is unlocked.
Fault Code 017-714 occurs when the device is unable to Communicate with the SMTP server using SSL, TLS or STARTTLS Encryption. NOTE: The Scan to Email Feature is only available on the Copier/Printer model.
Fault Code 042-398: LVPS Fan Failure.
Fault Code 027-777: SMTP Server Does Not Support SMTP Authentication. This fault code occurs when the connection to the SMTP Server fails as SMTP Authentication is unsupported or not enabled on the server. NOTE: The Scan to Email Feature is only available on the Copier/Printer model.
Note: The default administrator user name is admin. Depending on when the device was manufactured or the software version installed, the default administrator password may be the device serial number or 1111. The user name and password are case sensitive.
Fault Code 010-333: Fuser Center Thermistor Over Temperature or Overheat Error.
Check for paper or any obstruction under the tray. Power Off Machine and Disconnect Power for 3 Minutes. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
Fault Code “305-958: SPDH Lift Home Sensor Failure” occurs when the input tray fails to return to the home position. Note: A “Lift Home Sensor” error may be caused by the Feed Roller at the entrance of the Document Handler being out of position or jammed with an obstruction.
Fault Code 305.330. 00: Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF) Multifeeds Paper and Jams.
Fault Code 05-906-00, 305-906, 305.906. 00: DADF Feed Out Sensor Static Jam.
Fault Code 027-779 occurs when the connection to the SMTP Server fails due to Authentication Failure, possibly due to an incorrect login name and/or password. NOTE: The Scan to Email Feature is only available on the Copier/Printer model.
010-331 Fuser thermistor detected temperature monitor AD value that is the specified value or more 10 consecutive times. 010-333 Fuser NC sensor detected a temperature that is the specified value or more 10 consecutive times.
When there is a Error or Warning message, press the [Information] button on the Control Panel to obtain the associated Fault Code.
043-343 A YMC Link Sensor detection error was detected (Mismatch of print mode and YMC Link Sensor driven state register information). WARNING: Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do not need electricity.
The internal controller software has an error. Restart the press. Refer to How To Power Off the Press Wait 5 Minutes and Then Power On the Press.
Unable to scan, copy, or send a fax or Scanner System Failure error displays. The error displays for scanner hardware or power issues, such as a scanner bar jam or calibration issue, low scanner bulb temperature, or an internal or external electrical problem. It is not related to network or USB connection issues.

ANSWER : Thanks! On my printer, one of the magnets did dislodge and was stuck on the other side. I finally figured out what it was from your advice. The magnet was not broken and popped right back in to place. Keeping my fingers crossed that was the only issue.

Error Code 51.1 says Printer Error No Kidding.lol
ANSWER : Sometimes turning off and on will allow you to print a few pages. The error is a beam detect error. The only real fix is to replace the laser scanner unit. Could be a loose connector on the scanner or DC controller from the scanner. That’s unlikely. You could try the only other free fix which is to open the scanner assy. and clean all the mirrors inside. The dust could obstruct the laser beam enough to cause the detect error.
