WHILE I TRY TO PRINT THE PAPER IS FEEDED AND THE IT GETS STUCK UDER THE CATRIDGE AND THE ERROR LIGHT BLIKS PLZ HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS

Experienced technical support provide their insights in answering this question :
As a tech, I always look where the paper stops when it jams. Then I blame whatever is there for the cause. If it is stopping at the cartridge, then that would be the most likely cause. I would take the cartridge out and examine it for damage to the gear on the side. Then I would turn the drum gear to see if there was a lot of resistance that would cause the paper to stop. Most likely, cartridge replacement would cure the problem.

The message Paper Jam may appear on the display if the Brother machine is not feeding paper correctly, paper scraps have become stuck in the print head path, the paper is not loaded properly in the paper tray, the jam clear cover located in the back of the machine, is not installed properly or the PE Actuator is …
Remove the jam clear cover on the back of the unit. Pull the jammed paper out of the machine. Re-insert the jam clear cover. If you can not pull out the jammed paper, lift the scanner cover from the right-hand side of the machine until it locks securely into the open position.
Improperly Loading Paper into the Device

Loading paper that is stuck together, frayed, curled or bent can cause a jam. Overloading the paper tray, loading different thicknesses of paper in the tray or using paper that isn`t appropriate for your particular printer can all result in a jammed printer.

Low-quality paper leaves an accumulation of tiny paper bits often referred to as “paper dust” inside the machine. This “dust” is one of the top causes of paper jams. More dust means more jams. Besides jams, the dust also contributes to poor-quality prints and causes machine parts to wear at a faster rate.
Remove any loose paper or obstructions found. Make sure that the carriage can move freely across the width of the printer. Firmly push the carriage to the left side of the printer, and then push it to the right side.
Open the Jam Clear Cover (1) at the back of your Brother machine. Pull the jammed paper out of your Brother machine. Close the Jam Clear Cover. Make sure the cover is closed properly.
Dust, paper fiber, and other debris might accumulate on the paper feed rollers and cause paper jams and paper feed issues. Clean the rollers inside the printer, and then try to print again.
You may be putting too much paper into the paper tray. It should never be overfilled as it can often cause a jam. If you only put the amount of paper you`re going to use for one printing task, you`re less likely to suffer a jam. Also, make sure the paper fits the tray and that it`s inserted correctly.

Paper Jam error but no paper jam
ANSWER : Obviously you didn’t get all the paper cleared out. There is a small scrap in the paper path causing the jam when the paper hits it. You can try clearing it out by inserting something stiff like a piece of file folder from the back of the printer into the paper path and pushing the offending piece out that way.

Paper jam in tray 2 (but no paper pulled from tray) also M476DN models
ANSWER : Isopropyl alcohol is not recommended for rubber rollers. It dries out the rubber and hasten it’s cracking and breaking. It will do nothing to restore the grip. Those rollers are really hard to replace. It would be easy if that dumbass secondary menu really worked. None of the techs I’ve spoke to ever got into it. Everyone I know sends a print job and listens for the roller to rotate into position where you can pull it off.
