Make sure you have the latest software

On your Mac, to find out which version of printer software you`re using, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Printers & Scanners in the sidebar. Click the printer in the Printers list on the right, then check the Driver version.

To add your printer to the printer list, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Printers & Scanners in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax button on the right, then click the Default button .
Apple`s 2013 and 2014 iMacs Now Obsolete, Apple Watch Series 2 Marked as Vintage. Apple today updated its vintage and obsolete product list to designate several 2013 and 2014 iMac models as obsolete. These Macs were previously on the vintage list, but are now considered obsolete and are no longer eligible for repair.
Mac compatibility

Most printers these days are Mac-compatible, but we have seen quite a few printers that work better with Windows PCs. The problem here lies in the driver software that controls the printer, which may be different on Macs and PCs.

Start by checking your hardware

If you`re using a wired printer, make sure that the printer cable is properly connected from the printer to your PC. For wireless printers, check the wireless connection. Make sure the printer`s wireless option is turned on and available.

Simply plug the USB cable from your printer into an available USB port on your PC, and turn the printer on. On the taskbar, select the Search icon, type Printers in the search bar, and then select Printers & scanners from the search results to open the Printers & scanners system setting.
A product is considered obsolete if it was discontinued more than seven years ago. Taking a look at macOS compatibility (discussed below), we can see that most of the time, Macs are eligible to get the latest macOS version for about seven years. Apple generally supports each macOS version for three years.
Apple considers Mac “vintage” if they were released between 5 and 7 years ago, and obsolete if older than 7 years. Obsolete Macs no longer qualify for service and support. Security updates are no longer available.
Most printer models can be connected to a Mac and fully set up with AirPrint. The advantage here is that you don`t need to download any drivers for each separate printer—you can simply use Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection, or even the old-fashioned USB cable.
If you have a Wi-Fi printer, you might need to connect the printer to your Mac with a USB cable to set up Wi-Fi printing. After connecting the printer to your Mac, install the Mac software that came with the printer and use the printer`s setup assistant to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Check the printer connection status: Make sure the wireless signal is on, and the printer is connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device. If your printer has a light next to a Wireless icon or button , make sure the light is on. If it is off or blinks the printer is disconnected from the network.
Do a hard reset on your printer. To do this you just need to turn off your printer, unplug for a few minutes and then plug the printer again. If that still doesn`t work, try turning the printer and your computer off, and then start it back up again. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer driver.

Prints blank pages, won't print from computer
ANSWER : Don’t know why you replaced the fuser, but assuming you had print before, then it must have been something you did during the procedure. Only thing I can suggest is to recheck your work. Just because you reinstalled a connector doesn’t mean that it is seated firmly enough to work. Any flat ribbon connectors that you removed and reinstalled, check to see that the contacts are all flat and not peeled back.

Cant open HP Director in my mac
ANSWER : Try reinstalling it first from the CD and if that fails again, try downloading the software package from the official HP site and attempting an install that way. Apple makes it a pain to uninstall programs but doing an install on top of the existing one without first uninstalling could repair the issue. If you must uninstall the software there are programs that help uninstall programs from Mac systems.
