How to Identify and Fix Common Problems ?

Check that the same IP address is set for the machine and the machine`s port setting on the computer. Check that the IP address is not duplicated by another device. Check that the correct IP address, subnet mask, and gateway address are set. If using OKI LPR Utility, check the IP address setting with OKI LPR Utility.
1: Check Printer Power, Cables, and Paper

Check that the correct paper is properly loaded into the printer and is not jammed. Replacing damaged cables, plugging in loose or disconnected cables, and fixing paper jams as necessary may resolve the issue.

Reinstall the printer driver. The machine is offline. Right-click the printer icon to open “Printer folder”, and then select [See print jobs]. In the dialog, select the [Printer] menu and then clear the check of [Use Printer Offline].
Still not working? Your thermal printer probably needs a good cleaning. We recommend using Thermal Printer Cleaning Cards with every paper roll change to remove residue and other contaminants from thermal print heads, paper guides and paper paths, helping to prevent paper jams and misprints.

Oki C5300 problem : network menu disappeared.
ANSWER : You need MuWin and your NIC firmware to upload to the host, but both things are keep under cover by OKI… Find attached old (and probably useless for you) files; check and say..
