Upon installation of a new transfer belt an error message asking you to “Replace Transfer Belt” still shows. This error is caused by a counter inside your printer not being correctly reset when the new belt is installed. To fix this problem follow the steps below: Press MENU then #1934.

Error code 79 on Oki Page 12i/n
ANSWER : Open the lid of the printer and check the two cables on the right side (on the inside of the lid). Make sure both cables are introduced correctly in the plugs. This should resolve the problem. Good luck, Mark

Belt Unit
ANSWER : Clean the belt with a dry paper towel. If there is something on the cartridge drums that doesn’t wipe off with a dry paper towel, dip it in alcohol. Make sure you dry it off real good afterwards.

Canon Pixma iP3000 "Open door" Error code.
ANSWER : Look for a protruding plastic on the top that goes into an indentation. Mine was in the front left side. Put a piece of cardboard into the indentation.and close the door. The top plastic piece is not pushing the door close sensor down and because its too short and the cardboard allows the sensor to be reached and pushed.
