A paper jam has occurred around the front cover.
If your paper keeps jamming, bits of paper are probably stuck in the paper path. Turn off the printer, and use the platen knob to back the paper out of the printer. Open the access cover and the rear cover (1). and load it onto the tractors.

The fault code you listed means scanner error. It did not detect enough light from the lamp. This generally means the scanner needs to be replaced.

Sometimes a paper jam error persists even though there is no jammed paper (false paper jam). Reset the printer, which might clear a false paper jam error, and then try to print again. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
To fix the error code 0x0000011b related to networked or shared printers, Microsoft says you should disable the print spooler privacy settings on both the Client PC (from which you work) and Print Server (Workstation to which the printer is attached).
The only permanent solution to the 0x0000011B error is to install the latest Windows Update which fixes the issue. For now, you can try uninstalling the update or disabling the problematic security feature from the Registry. Other workarounds include installing the printer manually.
Error 380: Invalid Property Value Follow

This means the software cannot find the printer drivers required to run and/or email reports. MicroSale uses the drivers of an 80 column report printer to format and run reports.

What causes runtime error 380? Attempting to set a property of an object or control to a value that is not allowed. Look through the code that runs when your search form loads (Form_Load etc.) for any code that sets a property to something that depends on runtime values.

My printer feeds through one piece of paper all the way and then a half piece of paper and stops. I pull out the paper to stop the paper jam and then it prints but sounds rough. After printing, it doesn't feed the paper all the way through.

Paper Jam and carriage jam code when nothing is jammed
ANSWER : Did you try cleaning the encoder strip that runs through the cartridge assy.? Use Window Cleaner on a paper towel. Also, check inside on the right. I’ve seen a lot of times where there is a folded up scrap of paper that stops the carriage from going all the way to the right.

hp 8600 pro when power on, paper jam message appear but there is no paper jam in the tray
ANSWER : Hp 8180 Photosmart All In One code keeps says paper jam and carriage jam when neither are jammed. I followed all the recommended things to do. I live in Raleigh NC any place to take this or any suggestion.

Paper Jam error but no paper jam
ANSWER : Obviously you didn’t get all the paper cleared out. There is a small scrap in the paper path causing the jam when the paper hits it. You can try clearing it out by inserting something stiff like a piece of file folder from the back of the printer into the paper path and pushing the offending piece out that way.

ANSWER : You can quit wondering. Parts are unavailable. I’ve seen posts where people have 3D printed the parts or machined them out of metal.

Paper Jam
ANSWER : About the only thing you can try is to cut a piece of file folder to letter width and shove it down the paper path in the scanner section. That will dislodge any paper you can’t see.
