How to Identify and Fix Common Problems ?

Reach into the printer and slide the ink carriage to the opposite side of the track. For example, if it is stuck on the right side, manually move it to the left to check if the track has been cleared. Close the ink cartridge access door, plug in the power cord, and turn on the printer.
Why the Printer Cartridge won`t Move. A paper jam is usually the reason why an HP printer cartridge gets stuck on the right side. Pushing the paper excessively into the printer, on the other hand, is the most common cause of a paper jam. You should only push the paper until the first resistance.
You can do this by removing the plastic tabs securing the chip to the cartridge. Use a sharp, thin tool to do this, such as a Swiss army knife or utility knife. Slide the blade of the knife under one of the plastic tabs. Gently pry up.
Go to developer options>simulate color space, then choose disable. 2. Your done. Now go back into display settings and all settings will be restored.
Why does this happen? To keep the print head clear and ready to print, the printer uses a small amount of ink from all the cartridges whenever it prints. Even if you select Black/Grayscale or Grayscale in the printer software, some color ink is still being used.
Firmly push the carriage to the left side of the printer, and then push it to the right side. Close the ink cartridge access door. Reconnect the power cord and any other cables to the rear of the printer, and then turn on the printer.
If your printer won`t print, a print job has stopped unexpectedly, or you received a “carriage jam” error, your printer carriage is likely jammed. These jams occur when the carriage holding the ink cartridges stalls in the printer. Carriage jams sometimes occur after a paper jam.
Sometimes a paper jam error persists even though there is no jammed paper (false paper jam). Reset the printer, which might clear a false paper jam error, and then try to print again. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

Paper Feed Gear Problem: The paper feed gear is responsible for feeding the paper into the printer. If there is a problem with this gear, it can cause the carriage to jam. Cartridge Carriage Stalled: If the cartridge carriage is stalled, it can cause the printer`s carriage to become stuck.

Error message reads remove and check right cartridge
ANSWER : You can try cleaning the contacts on the back of the cartridge and the ones that they contact in the printer. Other than that, you have to replace the cartridge. I once had one that did the same thing. I swapped the cartridge with another printer of the same model and both printers worked fine. I swapped them back and the original printer got the same error. The other printer had no problem with either cartridge. I swapped them back and left them that way.
