An Er/03 error message indicates the printer failed to pick a sheet of paper to print. Remove the stack of paper from the tray and check the condition of the paper. Reload the paper, and then try to print, copy or scan.
Er/61 displays, the Wireless button is amber, and the Cancel button is blinking. An Er/04, Er/05, or Er/06 error message indicates a paper jam. Find and clear the printer of any jammed paper, or reset the printer if the printer has no jammed paper.
Error Code 3 is a Windows error code that appears when the computer cannot find the specified path.
(Code 3)” The device driver may be corrupted, or you are runningout of memory; the system is running low on system memory and may need to free up or add more memory. If the computer has insufficient memory to run the device, you can close some applications to make memory available.
When HP`s latest update occurs, the printer will not print and will display the error message, “Indicated cartridges blocked for containing a non-HP chip. Event Code: 10.00. 46.” The update will occur automatically and without warning, and once updated, the change to HP OEM cannot be reversed.

A system error code, also known as an error message or error code, is a numerical code that identifies the type of error that has occurred in a computer system. These error codes are generated by the operating system or an application when something goes wrong, such as a program crashing or a device malfunctioning.
That error code translates to a tray 2 feed where the paper was detected as too long or too short. As tray 1 prints fine, you can rule out any sensor in the path that the manual feed takes.
This error indicates a RAM failure. The specific memory is internal memory not one of the dimm slots. You can try removing any additional memory first to see if the device will boot but likely this is a failure of the formatter and you would need to replace the formatter.
