I was getting dots on my pictures, so I purchased a new drum, the first few pictures printed great, then my toner started running out and I changed the toner, tried to print a picture and the picture is nearly all red. I did a test print and the magenta yellow and cyan all printed beautifully, but then I again tried a photo and its all red. I also tried printing out of a Printmaster program and still got all red. How do I combat this????

At first, try printing the internal demo page of the printer. You will find this under the “Information” Menu. If this page prints ok, the problem is on your computer. Maybe the driver or some application settings. Almost impossible to diagnose from far. Look for a “Reset to Default”-Setting in your driver. You may delete the printer and re-install it with the most up-to-date Driver from OKI. Since the printer is an old one, you may have to look for a “Vista-Driver”, when you’re running Windows 7/8. OKI does not not supply any drivers beyond Vista. I could not find anything about mac drivers …

Open the file to be printed. Select [Print] from the [File] menu. Select [Office Color] in the [Color] panel. Select the settings created using the Color Correct Utility from [User Color].
Right clicking on the selected printer will display a drop-down menu. From here, select Printer Preferences, then Printer Properties. This menu will allow OKI users to display the current ink/toner levels in their printer.
In process color printing, the screened image, or halftone for each ink color is printed in succession. The screen grids are set at different angles, and the dots therefore create tiny rosettes, which, through a kind of optical illusion, appear to form a continuous-tone image.
Select Start > Settings . Go to Devices > Printers & scanners > select a printer > Manage. Then select Set as default. If you don`t see the Set as default option, the Let Windows manage my default printer option may be selected.
Printers are configured in the Printers section of the Windows Control Panel. Printer Settings: Displays the printer settings window associated with the selected printer. The desired paper size, among other settings, can be selected in the printer settings window.
Click the start menu and search for `Devices and Printers`. Select devices and printers in the search bar. This will allow you to see the printers connected to the computer. Click the printer you want to check, and you`ll see the ink levels at the bottom of the devices and printers section.
Picture color mode: This switches your device to use the sRGB color space, which used to be helpful in the days before most devices used sRGB by default. Nowadays, this switch usually doesn`t have any effect.
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) is the colour space for printed materials, so you should be using the CMYK colour profile for any design that will be physically printed.
To confirm that your file uses RGB, go to Photoshop`s Image tab. Once the dropdown menu appears, go to Mode. Then look at the checked profile. That`s how you know if your image uses either RGB or CMYK.
Clean the printheads: Sometimes the issue why you are unable to print in color is because our printheads are clogged with ink. Clean the printheads and then print a document to check if color printing works. Some printers also have in-built programs that can clean themselves so remember to check for that.
While there may be many reasons as to why the printer is printing other colors instead of black, the most common cause of this error is that the cartridges have run out of the ink. Usually, the printers follow the CMYK process of color recognition.
Samsung washing machines have a self-cleaning cycle called Drum Clean* (or, Drum Clean+), which heats up water up to 60 °C and 70 °C to remove any bacteria or build-up from the drum of your washing machine. This can also remove any dirt that has accumulated in the rubber door gasket.

Your printer can become misaligned if there is any paper stuck in the machine, print cartridges are clogged or dirty, improper installation of cartridges and using low quality cartridges. Additionally, a printer can become misaligned after the machine completes a large print job.
As a rule of thumb, to achieve photo quality print, you will need to use an image resolution of 300 pixels per inch. We write this as 300 DPI and means that in each inch of your print there will be 300 pixels.
“Normal” or “Standard” quality is the default print quality option. This is the best choice for most print jobs. “Best” or “High” quality produces the highest quality print and uses the most ink. Choose this for photos or presentation-grade prints.
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers. Right-click your printer icon, and click Printing Preferences. No, direct thermal printers cannot print in colour. Direct thermal printing technology uses heat-sensitive paper (also called thermal labels or thermal paper ) instead of thermal ribbon for printing. As a result, direct thermal printers can only print in black and white.

Why is RGB not ideal for Printing & Packaging? In most printing processes, RGB color space is usually converted to CMYK before creating the artwork. Essentially, any colors produced with RGB on the digital space will not create the same output on the physical print.

Print file sent but no printing occurs
ANSWER : Been working on these since they first were released. Never seen a problem like yours. If it happens again, try doing an engine test, as it bypasses the formatter board. The engine test is located at the right side of the manual tray opening. Look for a hole in the side wall. Stick something like a paper clip into it to actuate the test button. It will then print a lined test page. If it does that, then it points to the formatter board as the cause of your problem.

Prints blank pages, won't print from computer
ANSWER : Don’t know why you replaced the fuser, but assuming you had print before, then it must have been something you did during the procedure. Only thing I can suggest is to recheck your work. Just because you reinstalled a connector doesn’t mean that it is seated firmly enough to work. Any flat ribbon connectors that you removed and reinstalled, check to see that the contacts are all flat and not peeled back.

Paper feeds straight through without printing on an Epson R2400
ANSWER : I was able to get it to print the internal test page by holding down the sheet paper feed button while turning the machine on — then continuing to hold the sheet paper feed button. It took several attempts, feeding a page straight through, but eventually it caught the sheet and printed. So it may be a timing issue as others have mentioned. It could still mean that the feed rollers are worn out. The back side of the large D-shaped feed roller has visible abrasion on it. The abrasion is difficult to see as the roller does not stay with the flat side exposed.
