AC adapter issues can occur due to a faulty AC adapter, faulty power cable, damage to the power or AC adapter cable, faulty DC-in connector on the laptop, and so on.
The AC adapter, also called a power adapter or laptop charger is used to provide sufficient power to operate the laptop for extended periods and to recharge the laptop battery.
An AC adapter converts alternating current from one voltage to another, while a DC adapter converts alternating current into direct current. Since the latter is more widely used, the term AC adapter is often used to refer to DC adapters.
What is an AC Adapter? An AC adapter is an external power supply that converts alternating current (AC) from a wall outlet to a direct current (DC) needed by an electronic device. Therefore, it is an AC/DC converter. When it supplies power to a battery-powered device, it is also accurate to describe it as a charger.
Each adapter comes equipped with a back-up fuse located in the fuse holder.
The ac adapter or the cables can get damaged due to improper handling, incorrectly wrapping the cords, disconnecting the cables by pulling on the cord instead of holding the plug, and so on.
An AdapterError is used by an adapter to signal that an error occurred during a request to an external API. It indicates a generic error, and subclasses are used to indicate specific error states. To create a custom error to signal a specific error state in communicating with an external API, extend the AdapterError .
Network adapter issues are one of the most common causes of the breakdown of a wired network. It may bring about slow connections, intermittent connections, and even lost or no connection to your network.
The ac adapter or the cables can get damaged due to improper handling, incorrectly wrapping the cords, disconnecting the cables by pulling on the cord instead of holding the plug, and so on.
Most power adapters last you about three to six years. However, proper care and maintenance can prolong the lifespan. And, the mere care required for power adapters is unplugging them when not in use.
If you have to hold your phone at a particular angle for it to charge correctly, it may be that the port has come loose. This will need to be repaired sooner rather than later as continued use in this condition will likely cause further damage.

Lexmark X4650 paper Jamming!!
ANSWER : Well I had two printers that had similar issues – misalignment of paper feed which rendered both printers useless. I shook the Lexmark x4650 a couple of times and then plugged it in and got new paper and voila the misalignment was gone and it actually fed paper like it used to and printed it too.

Lexmark X466 empty tray
ANSWER : The “Load Tray 1 with A4 paper” means the printer is looking for A4 size paper in Tray 1 and that is not what it is detecting. You need to make sure that the paper size that is in the tray matches what the printer is expecting so it understands that it should be looking for a specific size of paper. If you are printing on regular Letter size paper – set the printer tray to Letter instead of A4 and message should go away.

Lexmark paper feed problems
ANSWER : On my X204n Lexmark laser printer, it was doing the same thing you described – basically sounded like it was trying to pick up the paper from the tray and then failing after several seconds. When you’d open the paper tray, the paper looked like it had been partially taken up with some black scuff marks on the paper that lined up with the rollers that take up the paper. I inspected the rollers and although they looked a bit smooth and worn, didn’t seem like they should be a problem. However, this particular model has just a rubber tire almost like a car tire – the rubber can come off the hard plastic wheel on the inner portion. So I popped off the two rubber “tires”, turned them inside out and put them back on. When turned inside out, the rubber looked nice and … rubbery and had a lot more grippy feeling to them. The very first printing attempt after that and the paper sucked up perfectly with no problems. I think the problem is solved! So if you have similar “tires” that take up the paper, try flipping them and see if it works for you too.
