The paper trays are overloaded. The paper is curled. The print side, or shiny side, of the paper is not loaded in the tray face down. The paper guides are too tight against the paper stack.
1. Causes of Multiple Sheet Feed. Multiple pages being fed through the printer overlapping or in a stack occurs when the media fails to separate correctly in the tray. Common causes are issues with the print media, incorrectly adjusted paper trays and worn or contaminated feed or separator rollers.

Note: This option is available only when the publication page size is small enough that more than one page can fit on a single sheet of paper. Click File > Print. Under Settings, click One page per sheet, and then choose Multiple pages per sheet in the list. Click Print.

This is usually a problem with drivers. The only way to solve the problem is to install new drivers or update the one you have been using. Usually, weird characters appearing on your printing papers means there is no communication between your printer and the computer it is connected to.
To print multiple pages per sheet of paper: In the Layout section, click the Pages per Sheet pop-up menu, then choose the number of pages to appear on each printed page.
You trim off the bottom, then fold it back, and you can now fold it into squares. However, if you don`t want folds, you can just take a second A4 sheet and lay it at right angles. The overlapping area is an exact square. Trim off the excess, and now fold into four equal parts.
The cause of the issue

This is related to a printer driver setting known as the mopier mode. When the mopier mode is enabled, a printer can receive one copy of a document, and print multiple collated copies. The number of copies required is specified via a PJL header tag in the spool file.

Page 1 always starts on the right side and each side of the sheet counts as one page. So, when you flip page 1 over, you`ll find page 2 on the back (now on the left-hand side). Page 3 is on the right, and when you flip it over, page 4 will be on the left, 5 on the right, and so on.
“Mopier Mode” is a setting that controls how many copies of the print job need to be sent to the printer. In general, HP LaserJets with finishers (Sorters/Staplers) will require that this setting is Enabled, while LaserJets with a single output tray will require that this setting be Disabled.
Usually a quick paper setting adjustment will clear up a ghosting issue right away. Run a cleaning – Most printers have a cleaning function built into the machine. Run this a couple of times to attempt to clear up the printing issue. Inspect the drum – Sometimes excess toner powder can stick to the drum.
Choose File > Print. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select one of the following options: Tile Large Pages Tile only the pages that are larger than the paper. Tile All Pages Tile all the pages in the PDF file.
Print speeds are denoted in pages-per-minute (PPM). Laser printers have print speeds of 14 PPM and higher. The basic laser printer can print about 30 to 40 pages per minute, whereas high-end models churn out more. You will also come across the term, dots per inch (dpi), which indicates the printing resolution.

This printer has a printing speed of up to 18 A4 pages per minute. So, it is quick and efficient for almost all your tasks.

Description. 4 Page Folded Flyer, Booklet or Leaflets are the best choice for conveying a lot of information in an easily accessible format.
Quarter-Page Flyers – 4-up on 8.5×11 Sheet

After cutting the document into four flyers, the size of each piece will be 4.25 x 5.5″. When printing on an 8.5 x 11″ sheet of paper, you must leave some margin for the printer. The above examples show that a white margin surrounds the design.

A4 printed sheet is folded in half to create a 4 page A5 Folded Leaflet (A5 size is 210mm x 148mm).
A piece of A4 paper measures 21 x 29.7 cm or 210 x 297 mm.
Word displays the File tab of the ribbon with the print options visible. Use the final drop-down list at the bottom of the print options. (It should read “1 page per sheet” before you make your changes.) Click on the drop-down list to specify how many pages should be combined on each printed page.
If your PDF file contains different page sizes, like letter and legal, you can specify that the pages print on the correct paper size. The Choose Paper Source setting tells a printer to select the paper tray that best suits each page.
Printing multiple pages per sheet is also called N-up printing (such as 2-up or 6-up). You can specify how the pages are ordered, either horizontally across the page or in vertical columns.
A printer pool is simply a group of 2 or more printers that use the same logical printer on your computer. In other words you would install a printer in your Printers and Faxes folder and have it connect to more than one physical printer.
The Print Spooler is software built into the Windows operating system that temporarily stores print jobs in the computer`s memory until the printer is ready to print them. In some circumstances you may need to stop and/or restart the service.

Prints blank pages, won't print from computer
ANSWER : Don’t know why you replaced the fuser, but assuming you had print before, then it must have been something you did during the procedure. Only thing I can suggest is to recheck your work. Just because you reinstalled a connector doesn’t mean that it is seated firmly enough to work. Any flat ribbon connectors that you removed and reinstalled, check to see that the contacts are all flat and not peeled back.

Print file sent but no printing occurs
ANSWER : Been working on these since they first were released. Never seen a problem like yours. If it happens again, try doing an engine test, as it bypasses the formatter board. The engine test is located at the right side of the manual tray opening. Look for a hole in the side wall. Stick something like a paper clip into it to actuate the test button. It will then print a lined test page. If it does that, then it points to the formatter board as the cause of your problem.
