The printer is either low in toner, the density is set too low, or the Economode may be turned on. Remove the toner cartridge and shake it. This will redistribute the toner and often will temporarily solve the problem. However, this usually indicates it is time to install a new cartridge.
An Er/03 error message indicates the printer failed to pick a sheet of paper to print. Remove the stack of paper from the tray and check the condition of the paper. Reload the paper, and then try to print, copy or scan.
Your printer should have been packaged with a USB cable regardless of whether it is a wireless or wired printer. Plug the cable into your printer and your computer`s USB port. Remove and Re-Add Your Printer in Windows
If this happens, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners, select your printer, and remove it. Then click Add a Printer or Scanner to re-add it to the device list.
Make sure your router is on and connected to the internet. If you have another device on the same router, make sure it can connect to the internet. If the router is not connected to the internet, contact your network service provider. Check the printer connection to the router.
