Causes of the 0x0000011b error code
The security patches Microsoft released to protect Windows 10 and 11 from Windows Print Spooler Spoofing caused vulnerability in remote code. And the involved patches are KB5005565 and KB5005568.
The 0x0000011B issue is often resolved by restarting the print spooler service. To do so search for services and open the services in Windows. Now search for the print spooler in the services list. Right click on it click restart.
The only permanent solution to the 0x0000011B error is to install the latest Windows Update which fixes the issue. For now, you can try uninstalling the update or disabling the problematic security feature from the Registry. Other workarounds include installing the printer manually.
