PAPER JAM I CATRIDGE AREA
ANSWER : As a tech, I always look where the paper stops when it jams. Then I blame whatever is there for the cause. If it is stopping at the cartridge, then that would be the most likely cause. I would take the cartridge out and examine it for damage to the gear on the side. Then I would turn the drum gear to see if there was a lot of resistance that would cause the paper to stop. Most likely, cartridge replacement would cure the problem.
