Canon printer not recognising a new ink cartridge

Tip 1 – Resetting the printer`s memory
Your printer`s memory might not have been cleared. It`s still detecting the data from the used cartridge. To resolve this problem, reinstall the used ink cartridge. Uninstall the new ink cartridge.
