Do a hard reset on your printer. To do this you just need to turn off your printer, unplug for a few minutes and then plug the printer again. If that still doesn`t work, try turning the printer and your computer off, and then start it back up again. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer driver.
To be specific, you should make sure that your printer has sufficient paper, ink or toner and without paper jam. If the printer cartridge`s status is faulty, you should replace it with a new one. After carrying out these operations, check if the HP printer can print properly. If not, try other methods immediately.
Check Your Keyboard for Hardware Issues

If so, make sure the Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V shortcut is set correctly. Additionally, look for issues with the Ctrl keys. Your keyboard likely features multiple ctrl keys. Try to use the additional ctrl key at the bottom right of your keyboard to perform copy and paste.

A paper jam is the most common copy machine error encountered. The reasons for occurrence vary from the wrong paper size to improper paper loading. These issues cause copiers to pull paper through incorrectly, resulting in a jam.
Clean the print head, if necessary. Make sure the paper size, orientation, and layout settings in your printer software are correct. Make sure your document does not contain blank pages. If your printer software has a Preview option, you can check for blank pages before you print and remove them, if necessary.
That static electricity allows the piece of paper to pull the toner off the drum and onto the blank sheet (copying words from the drum to your paper). Toner is heat sensitive, so the toner fuses to the paper with heat as it comes off the drum. Viola! Your documents have just been copied.
Low Ink Levels

If your printer is running low on ink, it may start printing blank pages. To check your ink levels, go to your printer`s control panel and select the Ink Levels option. Whenever the ink levels are low, replace the cartridges with new ones.

Even if your cartridge is full and ready for action, it may have become slightly dislodged and no longer in full electrical contact with the printer. The easiest way to rectify this potential problem is to simply remove and reinstall the cartridges.
There are at least two easy ways to print on many modern printers without a computer: memory card reader slots, and PictBridge. Printers vary in their support for different memory card readers, of course, but almost all ink jets have memory card slots to support easy photo printing.
The clipboard tab on Windows provides an easy way to clear clipboard history. Simply press Win + V to summon the clipboard tab and then click the Clear all button to remove all copied items from your clipboard. You can also delete individual entries from the clipboard if you want.
Ink and toner problems can include streaking and fading (which usually indicates a dirty print head) or toner in a laser printer that is running low. For inkjet printers, the print head may need a good cleaning. The printer utility app that came with your printer will include a cleaning option.
1. Paper Jams. Paper jams are a common problem for printers, resulting in time-consuming and frustrating delays. It can occur when loose sheets of paper get stuck in the rollers or feeding mechanism of the printer.
Lift up the printhead latch to release it, and then move the ink cartridge back and up to remove it. Hold the ink cartridge by its sides. Lightly dampen a clean, lint-free cloth or swab with bottled or distilled water. Clean the face and edges around the ink nozzle with the cloth or swab.
Select Start , then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Scroll down to Related Settings and select Print server properties. Select the Drivers tab, and see if your printer is listed. If it is, you`re all set.
Inkjet Printers Can Have Low Print Quality

Don`t get us wrong—inkjet printers actually usually shine in the print-quality department in comparison to their laser companions. Where they may have trouble is print text-rich documents, especially if the ink is running low or the print heads are clogged.

Copying will not give you the same quality as printing would. In fact, not even close. Also, printing allows you to choose from different paper types but copying only supports limited paper types. However, the downside of printing is expensive supplies, especially ink or toner cartridges.
Most printers also have a physical copier function, and multifunction printers have numerous additional capabilities which we`ll outline below.
Printing uses more ink and toner to produce vibrant images. During copying less toner is used to produce a less vibrant image of the original. The only time copying will use more ink/toner is when the user does custom adjustments in terms of contrast or brightness of the final copy result.
The copy() method returns a copy of the specified list.
When a software environment provides cut and paste functionality, a nondestructive operation called copy usually accompanies them; copy places a copy of the selected text in the clipboard without removing it from its original location.
Highlight the text you want to copy. Use the keyboard shortcut key combination Ctrl + C on a PC or Command + C on a Mac to copy the text. Move the text cursor to where you want to paste the text.
If the ink level is sufficient, but the printer still does not print black ink, you may need to run a cleaning cycle. A cleaning cycle is a process that cleans the printer heads and removes any clogged or dried ink.
Click the start menu and search for `Devices and Printers`. Select devices and printers in the search bar. This will allow you to see the printers connected to the computer. Click the printer you want to check, and you`ll see the ink levels at the bottom of the devices and printers section.
Using an isopropyl alcohol dampened lint-free moist cloth, gently blot the nozzle plate until some ink is drawn out and absorbed into the cloth. Ensure rear electrical (gold) contacts are thoroughly clean of all ink residue and lint fibers. Ensure cartridge is dry before re-installing into printer.

canon mx320 copies have blk line down the right side of copies
ANSWER : If you are using the ADF feeder to make copies, then check the small glass on the left side. If there is any dirt or whiteout on the glass, it will result in a line down that spot. You can confirm it by looking at the copy that has the line. If it is dirt on the glass, the line won’t go all the way from top to bottom. There will be a margin on each end.

Print Quality Issue (Streaks and Ghosting)
ANSWER : Streaks are mostly caused by internal drum wiper blades that clean left over toner off the drum to prepare it for a new image. Ghosting is caused by a leftover image on the drum. The 6 inches that you mention would be the circumference of the part that is causing it. Fusers will never cause either problem.

feed issue
ANSWER : Haven’t seen this issue on that model. Solenoids never go bad. Every solenoid HP has ever used has this sponge to dampen the clicking noise. The sponge will disintegrate from heat and use and then become sticky. This causes the pickup roller release plate to stick and allow the roller to rotate continuously. All you have to do is scrape off the goo and replace with thin sticky backed felt. I’ve fixed thousands of them this way.
