An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge. This condition occurs when at least one ink cartridge needs attention, is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible. Reseat both ink cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.
Among the more common technical issues that may bring down a printer are disconnected cables, malfunctioning routers, and low ink levels. Moreover, software problems such as interrupted connections or incorrect settings in your system`s drivers can also cause your printer to show up as offline.
The only permanent solution to the 0x0000011B error is to install the latest Windows Update which fixes the issue. For now, you can try uninstalling the update or disabling the problematic security feature from the Registry. Other workarounds include installing the printer manually.
0x00000002 – Printer Connectivity Error
The error 0x00000002 means that the driver of this printer installed on the computer is corrupted. First of all, you should try to remove this driver from the driver store (if you get an error 0x00000057).
An E2 error occurs when the printer attempts to print a single-page or multi-page print job, and the paper length selected in the print settings does not match the length of the loaded paper.
Most printers will stop working when they`re out of paper, ink or toner, or if the unit detects an issue with the ink or toner cartridge. When this occurs, you might receive an error message or notice blinking green or amber lights on your printer.
Cold resetting a printer resets the printer to factory defaults. This is helpful in cases where you feel that some of the printer`s settings are incorrect, like paper size & type settings, advanced print quality settings, and even network and communications settings.

HP Colour laserjet 2550n printer Tray2 issues
Ensure that the printer is turned on and in the Ready state.
Haven’t seen this issue on that model. Solenoids never go bad. Every solenoid HP has ever used has this sponge to dampen the clicking noise. The sponge will disintegrate from heat and use and then become sticky. This causes the pickup roller release plate to stick and allow the roller to rotate continuously. All you have to do is scrape off the goo and replace with thin sticky backed felt. I’ve fixed thousands of them this way.

paper feed issue
Stuck paper pickup solenoid. It is mounted on the side of the printer and is supposed to engage and allow the roller to turn one revolution. You need to take the cover off, remove the solenoid. Take the spring loaded plate off and scrape off all the goo that it is stuck too. Then you should replace it with some thin sticky backed felt available at the local hardware store.
Laserjet 4250 print quality issue (see image)
It looks like a fuser problem. One way to prove it is with the half-stop test. Put a sheet in the drop down manual feed tray. Send a print job and watch the paper. When the end of it is about to enter the printer, open the lid and take out the toner cartridge. Look at the printed image. If it looks OK, then it is a fuser problem. If not, then it is a toner cartridge issue since it hasn’t gone through the fuser.

Print Quality Issue (Streaks and Ghosting)
Streaks are mostly caused by internal drum wiper blades that clean left over toner off the drum to prepare it for a new image. Ghosting is caused by a leftover image on the drum. The 6 inches that you mention would be the circumference of the part that is causing it. Fusers will never cause either problem.
