Check the paper then reload it

Remove any bent, wrinkled, or torn paper from the stack. Check for obstructions inside the paper tray that can block the rollers from picking the paper. Make sure the paper stack is even on all sides, load it into the paper tray, and then slide in the paper width guide.

The message `Fuser Error` or `Self-Diagnostic` means either the fuser has reached the maximum temperature allowed or there has been an error in detection of the correct temperature during specific times of the printing process.
Make sure the correct printer is selected, then click the Properties button. Make sure the Orientation is set to Portrait, then click Advanced. Here make sure the Paper Size is set to 100x150mm or a 4×6″ option. Click Ok.

For the best print quality, HP recommends HP Premium Inkjet papers. Paper that is too thin, too slick, or too stretchy can jam the product.

My printer feeds through one piece of paper all the way and then a half piece of paper and stops. I pull out the paper to stop the paper jam and then it prints but sounds rough. After printing, it doesn't feed the paper all the way through.

ANSWER : Isopropyl alcohol is not recommended for rubber rollers. It dries out the rubber and hasten it’s cracking and breaking. It will do nothing to restore the grip. Those rollers are really hard to replace. It would be easy if that dumbass secondary menu really worked. None of the techs I’ve spoke to ever got into it. Everyone I know sends a print job and listens for the roller to rotate into position where you can pull it off.

paper drive wont accept paper
ANSWER : There is probably a small scrap of paper stuck at the left edge of the paper path. The paper hits it and skews to the left. The smaller size bypasses it. You need to shove something stiff, like a piece of file folder, down the paper path and attempt to dislodge it.
