Print Setup

Check your document and your application for settings that force its output at more or less than actual size. You may see a “Fit to Page,” “Scale to Fit” or “Crop to Fit” option.

To resolve this issue, change the default paper size of your printer: Click Start, point to Settings, and the click Printers. Right-click the appropriate printer, and then click Properties. Click the Paper tab, and then click the paper size you want to use in the Paper Size box.
Check the print job settings: From the application you are printing from, click File > Print, and then click Options, Printer Setup, or Preferences, or open the Paper Type/Quality or Media & Quality menu. Make sure the color, paper type, paper size, and quality settings are correct for your print job.
In the Driver settings, click the Paper/Quality tab in the printer driver properties window. Click the Advanced tab. Under the Paper Size heading, click the arrow ( ) to open the drop-down menu, and then select a standard paper size or any custom created paper size.
Make sure you selected the correct paper size settings in your printing program and printer software. Make sure you selected the correct margins for your paper size in your printing program. Make sure your paper is positioned correctly for feeding into the printer.
Select Start > Settings . Go to Devices > Printers & scanners > select a printer > Manage. Then select Set as default. If you don`t see the Set as default option, the Let Windows manage my default printer option may be selected.
Printers are configured in the Printers section of the Windows Control Panel. Printer Settings: Displays the printer settings window associated with the selected printer. The desired paper size, among other settings, can be selected in the printer settings window.
Click: Device Services tab. Click: Calibrate the Device or Clean the Print Cartridges or Align the printer. Follow the instruction which will appear on-screen.

when printing front and back, the front will print well but the back will fade
