How to Identify and Fix Common Problems ?

If the contacts between the cartridge and the printer are dirty or clogged, there is a high chance that this can be the main cause for the ink to leak on the paper. To properly clean the contacts, open the printing machine and remove the ink cartridges and place them on a clean piece of paper.
One of two issues can cause this. The toner cartridge may not be fully seated into the photoconductor unit. This can cause the seal between the two to break, allowing toner to leak out. The other possibility is that the toner cartridge or the photoconductor unit may be damaged.
The printer cartridge could be leaking because you overfilled it with ink during refill. Draw out 1 or 2 ml of ink from the cartridge using the syringe. Note that when refilling cartridges, 5 ml of ink for colors and 10 ml of ink for black is generally enough. Ink cartridges with leaks tend to print blank pages.
Not a problem. Even a properly aligned cartridge can leak if the contacts between it and the machine are dirty or clogged. Similar to before, open up the machine, remove the offending cartridge and wipe it down with an alcohol-based wipe – not water as this can cause damage.
Bad Faucet Cartridge: In single handle faucet designs, there is a faucet cartridge inside that helps regulate the flow of hot and cold water. The cartridge can develop leaks as it starts to wear out.
Missing colours, streaky prints, smudges and ink blotches are all signs that your printer ink or toner cartridge may be damaged. Some printers will actually warn you if a cartridge is damaged and will refuse to print. This includes HP ink cartridges, Samsung toner cartridges and Canon ink cartridges.
To maintain print quality, you must do the following: Shake the White ink cartridges at the start of every working day. Shake the color ink cartridges at least once a month.
Leaking. In most cases, when e-liquid is leaking from the tank and into the battery, the problem isn`t a leak at all – instead, it`s a flooding issue. Flooding typically occurs when a vaper inhales too forcefully, causing an overabundance of liquid to be drawn onto the atomizer.
7. Loose Parts. The adjusting ring and packing nuts in the stream screw can become loose over time, causing your sink handle to start leaking. Tightening the packing nut or replacing it will usually do the trick to fix the leaky faucet.
Toning Your Hair at Home

Moreover, it`s equally important to follow directions carefully, especially when it comes to processing time. Leave it on for too long and you`ll have fried blue or purple hair; rinse it away too soon and you`ll still have nasty, brassy hair.

A typical toner cartridge will produce anywhere between 2,500 and 4,000 pages, based on a coverage of 5% (roughly third of a page of double-spaced text). Dense pages filled with small font text or graphics will dramatically reduce this output and you may only get up to 1,000 pages per cartridge.

Epson ink cartridge leaking?
ANSWER : Posting this cause it worked for me. I have an Artisan 837 that was leaving pools of blue on the page. I tried Epson’s recommendation of cleaning the print path by pressing the copy button on the control panel (with nothing on the flatbed). Printed 5 pages and the last 2 were clean. Did a test print and the problem was back. Repeated a few times with the problem reocccuring. Switched out the cartridge. no better and now the printer doesn’t recognize its own brand cartridge. Yet, it accepts the 3rd party one.

Waste Toner Cartridge is empty but printer is still telling me to replace it
ANSWER : All of the ones I’ve seen are optical. Light shines through a transparent section of the waste box onto a photocell. If toner builds up past that area, it gives a warning to replace it. Possibly toner dust has gotten on the photocell.

run with empty ink cartridge
ANSWER : The only way is to buy a chip resetter and reset the chip on the cartridge. You can find them online for about $5. You just hold it against the cartridge until the light turns green. You do run the risk of damaging the printhead due to overheating because of no ink in it.
