There are numerous possible causes for a printer that`s randomly producing blanks. The most common ones are empty ink cartridges, improper cartridge installation, and congested nozzles. Driver and software issues can sometimes cause this problem as well. Running out of ink?
When a new cartridge is installed it prints the calibration test page to check that it is aligned properly. With many HP printers you need to then scan the test page, so the printer can set itself up correctly.
There are a few things that could be the cause of this problem, including: Empty ink or toner cartridges that need replacing. Ink or toner cartridges that have become dislodged from their proper place. The wrong paper size loaded in the input tray.
If your printer is running low on ink, it may start printing blank pages. To check your ink levels, go to your printer`s control panel and select the Ink Levels option. Whenever the ink levels are low, replace the cartridges with new ones. You can also try shaking the cartridge gently to redistribute the ink.
What problems are indicated if the printer can print a test page, but you cannot send a print job to the printer from a workstation? A workstation issue or problematic connection to the printer.
Yes, printing test page is also counted towards the monthly allocation of pages as per your plan. Refer to the document FAQ`s – HP Instant Ink for additional help if needed.
You need to ensure your HP printer has enough paper, ink, or toner, and it is not stuck on paper jam. Also, check the status of your printer cartridge and try replacing it with a new one if it is not good enough. In some cases, your HP printer stops printing after you replace its parts.
Check the ink levels

Sometimes, the printer may not print black ink because it is low or empty. You can check the ink levels on the printer`s display, or by using the software that came with your printer. If the ink level is low, replace the cartridge or refill it according to the manufacturer`s instructions.

Doing a printer test page will uncover and pinpoint possible causes as to why the device stopped printing. It can identify a clogged printhead and alignment problem and help match color replication as well. By identifying an issue through this test, you can resolve the problem faster, preventing it from becoming worse.
If the self test results are satisfactory, the printer is working properly and the problem is probably caused by your printer driver settings, application settings, computer, or interface cable. (Be sure to use a shielded interface cable.)
Select Start , then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Scroll down to Related Settings and select Print server properties. Select the Drivers tab, and see if your printer is listed. If it is, you`re all set.
If there is an F Mode key or F Lock key on your keyboard, the Print Screen not working Windows 10/11 may be caused by them, because such keys can disable the PrintScreen key. If so, you should enable the Print Screen key by pressing F Mode key or F Lock key again.
Clean the print head, if necessary. Make sure the paper size, orientation, and layout settings in your printer software are correct. Make sure your document does not contain blank pages. If your printer software has a Preview option, you can check for blank pages before you print and remove them, if necessary.
Check that the Print screen is not behind all of your open windows. Minimize your screens until you see the Print screen. Select Cancel. Once you cancel you should be able to close the blank screen and try to print again: this time with the Print Preview screen showing your content instead of nothing.
If the test page prints, make sure your software is installed correctly. Make sure the printer cover is closed. Check to see if the print head nozzles are clogged. The Epson Stylus C120 won`t operate properly if it`s tilted or at an angle.

Prints blank pages, won't print from computer
ANSWER : Don’t know why you replaced the fuser, but assuming you had print before, then it must have been something you did during the procedure. Only thing I can suggest is to recheck your work. Just because you reinstalled a connector doesn’t mean that it is seated firmly enough to work. Any flat ribbon connectors that you removed and reinstalled, check to see that the contacts are all flat and not peeled back.
