Preventing a printer paper jam

Printing on both sides of paper is called duplex printing. Most printers offer the option of automatically printing on both sides of a sheet of paper (automatic duplex printing). Short Edge means the pages are flipped or bound along the short edge of the page. Long Edge means the pages are flipped or bound along the long edge of the page. This could change depending on your page orientation.
