A new page should print with a claim code. If the page does not print, see the email address on the printer display. The first part of the HP ePrint address preceding “@hpeprint.com” is the claim code. For example, if your HP ePrint email is “abc@hpeprint.com”, then “abc” is your claim code.
If your computer only has a power button and it needs to be reset, press and hold down the power button. After 10-15 seconds, the computer resets or turns off. If the computer turned off, let go of the button, wait a few seconds, and then press the power button again to turn the device back on.

During a print job, the ink cartridge carriage stalls in the printer, and a Carriage Jam or E3 error displays on the printer control panel. Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
If your printer is spitting out pages full of strange characters, symbols, or strange formatting, your inkjet printer drivers may be outdated, incompatible with your operating system or corrupt. Drivers are important to the proper function of your inkjet printer and it is best to check for updates regularly.
Look for jammed paper or debris inside the printer, and then use both hands to remove any that you find. Use both hands to remove any jammed paper or objects from the input bin. Align the cartridge with the tracks inside the printer, push in until firmly seated, and then close the toner access door.
